Welcome to the Facebook group of High Kirk Presbyterian Church, Ballymena. The church is called after the street (High Street) where we were located for most of our history. The name, however, gives no hint as to the kind of people we are. Like the Christians of the early church we are just ordinary people who have come to know and love the Lord Jesus Christ. We have found in him someone who has g

iven our lives a purpose and real meaning. Our desire is now to make him known both in the land of our birth and throughout the world. We are delighted that you are visiting our web-site and whether you are one of our own members or a total stranger we hope you will find something here that interests you. If we can help you in your own personal pilgrimage of faith please do not hesitate to make contact with us. Visit the High Kirk official website at http://www.highkirk.org.uk/

Foundations: Built by the Spirit, Rooted in the Word
Over a four-part series, we’ll explore the foundations of the church as seen in Scripture. The early church was a community shaped by the Holy Spirit, grounded in God’s Word, devoted to one another, and responsive to the leading of Jesus. Together we’ll rediscover what it means to be a church formed by the Spirit, shaped by Scripture, and living out the life God calls us to today.
This mini sermon series will start this incoming Sunday and run 3rd, 17th & 31st of May When Rowan is speaking.

Hear: The Parables of Jesus

Join us for a 7-week Bible study exploring the parables of Jesus - stories that are simple on the surface, yet profound in what they reveal about God, His Kingdom, and our response to Him. Each week, we'll take time to understand what Jesus is saying and consider what it means to truly hear His words and put them into practice. Starting Wednesday 22 April 2026 at 10.30am in the Birney Room. Tea and coffee will be available in the foyer from 10am.
