Ballymena District LOL No. 8 is delighted to announce that a special, first ever District Mini 12th parade will take place in Cullybackey on Saturday 27 June 2026.
This historic occasion marks an exciting new chapter for the District as it brings one of its most cherished events to the heart of the village.
The event will set the tone for an afternoon of familyโfriendly celebration, with a fun day planned at The Hill playing fields beside Cullybackey College to commence proceedings at 12:00. Families can look forward to a selection of childrenโs inflatables, face painting, and balloon modelling, ensuring plenty of entertainment for younger visitors and to keep everyone refreshed throughout the day, there will be burger and traditional iceโcream vans, offering a great selection of treats for all ages.
The procession, commencing at Pottinger Street at 2:30PM will travel along Main Street and Shellinghill Road before completing a circuit of Kilmakevit and Tobar Park on the return to Pottinger Street via the same route.
Ballymena District LOL No. 8 extends a warm invitation to the entire community to come along, enjoy the festivities, and be part of this special firstโever Mini 12th Parade in Cullybackey featuring bands, banners, colour and music.
