HEALING TO THE NATIONS
(Jesus Loves The People Of The World And He Wants Them Well)

📖TO THE BIBLE: Acts 10:38 “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.”

LET’S TALK⏩
Some things happen by God’s choice. When they do, there’re often no human ways of explaining them. Only through the Scriptures do we discover the reason He does such things. In 2 Chronicles 9, for example, the queen of Sheba heard of Solomon’s fame and came to Jerusalem to see for herself.

When she arrived, she was stunned! She asked every question she could think of and was left amazed at Solomon’s wisdom, his responses, and the many things she saw. This prompted her to extol God’s divine love for His people: “Blessed be the Lord your God who delighted in you, setting you on His throne as king for the Lord your God; because your God loved Israel, establishing them forever, He made you king over them, to carry out justice and righteousness” (2 Chronicles 9:8 NASB). God made Solomon the king of Israel because He loved Israel. He chose a man that He loved (2 Samuel 12:24), and made him the king of a people He loved. So, Israel was His focus.

It brings to mind something the Lord told me years ago; He said the number one thing He wanted me to do was to take healing to the nations. The nations were His focus—the rendezvous of broken humanity—the sick, the weak, and all those who had become incapacitated due to sickness and disease. He loved them. His focus was on them to bring them healing and health.

Thank God that He created the platforms and opportunities for us to reach them through the Healing Streams Live Healing Services. *JESUS: GOD’S PERFECT IMPRINT*

_(When You Look At Jesus, You See Our Great God)_

*TO THE BIBLE:*
*Titus 2:13 NIV*
_“...We wait for the blessed hope—the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.”_

*LET’S TALK*

*“Why do you say Jesus is God? I thought He’s the son of God. How do you explain that?”* Bill inquired from Pamela.

She replied, *“Well, Bill, if you read what Jesus said about Himself in the scriptures, you’ll come to no other conclusion than that He is God in human flesh. Take your time to read John 10:30 and John 14:8-9, and you’ll catch it!”*

Indeed, God’s Word is replete with incontrovertible proof that Jesus is Himself God. He’s our great God! Sadly, there’re Christians who haven’t come to this realization. That’s why they still wonder how He says He’s the Son of God, if actually He is Himself God. Well, the expression *“Son of God”* means God in human flesh!

Jesus put aside His glory so He could be hundred percent man and hundred per cent God. That’s what legitimised His substitutionary work in our behalf; otherwise, it would have been questionable. The Bible says He *“…made Himself of no reputation…coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross”* (Philippians 2:7-8).

Jesus is God’s perfect imprint, the icon of the unseen God (Colossians 1:15, Hebrews 1:3). Hallelujah! But who was He before He came as a man? He was the Word, God’s Word: *“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”* (John 1:1). Then the fourteenth verse says, *“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us….”* The Word that was God became flesh, and He was named Jesus. Hallelujah!

In John 10:30, He said, *“I and my Father are one.”* When He made that assertion, the Bible says the Jews picked up stones to stone Him to death because they understood what He meant. They said, *“…For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy, and because You, being a Man, make Yourself God”* (John 10:33). He wasn’t making Himself God; He was, and He is God! Hallelujah!

*YOU’RE INVITED TO THE PARTY!*

_(Be At The Marriage Supper Of The Lamb)_

*TO THE BIBLE:*
*Revelation 19:9 ESV*
_“And the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And he said to me, “These are the true words of God.””_

*LET’S TALK*

As I contemplate the second coming of the Lord, my heart is filled with so much joy. But you know, about seven years before this second coming, the Rapture will take place (1 Thessalonians 4:17), and we’ll go to heaven for the marriage supper of the Lamb. It’s going to be big! The Bible says, *‘And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, “Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!”’* (Revelation 19:6). Glory to God! That’s the number one reason for the Rapture. We’ll get out of this world and assemble in Heaven for a great party. Blessed be God! Are you getting ready for the party?

The Bible says, *“After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, “Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God!”* (Revelation 19:1). You’ve got to make up your mind you wouldn’t miss this. There hasn’t been, and could never be, any royal party or event organised by the monarchs or presidents of this world that could compare to the grand party God Almighty is throwing for us in Heaven.

And guess what? The invitation is open to all; all you need is to have been born again. Those of us going in the Rapture are just one of the arrivals, because all those Jesus took with Him when He resurrected are already there waiting. Don’t miss it. Everyone left behind will be full of regrets. The latter part of our opening verse says, *“...These are the true words of God.”* That day is nearer than many can imagine. This is why we’re going all out, reaching the entire world with the Gospel through *Rhapsody of Realities,* to prepare many for that glorious day of the Rapture.

MAKE THE WORD PERSONAL!
(Personalise God’s Word)

📖TO THE BIBLE James 1:21 AMPC “So get rid of all uncleanness and the rampant outgrowth of wickedness, and in a humble (gentle, modest) spirit receive and welcome the Word which implanted and rooted [in your hearts]
contains the power to save your souls.”

LET’S TALK⏩
There are people who go to church but never think the message being preached is addressed to them. They always feel the pastor is referring to someone else, especially if he’s correcting something negative. Take for example, Susan and Maggie who had a row the previous day. Now they’re in church, and it happens that the pastor is addressing envy, strife, and malice. Susan suddenly feels justified and starts casting conceited glances at Maggie that say, “Hope you’re listening.”

That’s a wrong approach to the Word of God by Susan. The message came for both of them, but Susan missed the blessing because she didn’t personalise the Word. She kept thinking it wasn’t her but Maggie who needed to hear what the pastor had to say. Whenever you’re in church and God’s Word is coming to you, always personalise it and receive it for yourself. Don’t sit there wishing someone who offended you is listening to what the pastor is preaching; receive the Word for yourself.

Similarly, don’t only pay attention to the topics you like and ignore the ones that don’t quite go down well with you. The Bible says “Every Scripture is God-breathed (given by His inspiration) and profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, [and] for training in righteousness (in holy living, in conformity to God’s will in thought, purpose, and action)” (2 Timothy 3:16 AMPC). So, whether the preacher is sharing an exciting message on prosperity or correcting a wrong attitude through the Word, take it as God’s Word for you.

I refuse to be conceited. Pride has no place in me. As I receive God’s Word into my heart today with all humility and modesty, I experience its transforming power, in Jesus’ Name!

KNOW THE REAL “YOU”
(Recognise Your New Identity)

📖TO THE BIBLE: Ephesians 4:23-24 “…Be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.”

LET’S TALK⏩
“So, Tim thinks he can just quit on us like that; we all know what he did last week with Ian,” Becky fumed when she heard Tim said he was no longer a part of “The Clique.” What she didn’t understand was that Tim encountered the Lord at a birthday party the previous weekend, received Christ and got filled with the Holy Spirit. He wasn’t the same old Tim; he had a new identity.

When you were born again, you were recreated in righteousness and true holiness. Unlike the unregenerate man, you’re fully awakened to the fact that God is now your Father; you’re alive to Him. 1 John 3:2 says, “Beloved, now we are children of God....” You’re in a sonship relationship with the Lord; you’re born of Him. That’s the meaning of 1 John 4:4: “You are of God, little children…”; you hail from Him; your origin is in Him. Hallelujah!

Peter calls us partakers of the divine nature (associates of the God-kind). You’ve put on the God nature, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of God that created you (Colossians 3:10). This is your true identity. Walk in this light. You’re not the same person you were before you were born again.

That’s why the Bible says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come” (2 Corinthians 5:17 ESV). The old sin-nature was completely replaced with God’s life of righteousness. People may still associate you with some of the wrong things you did before you were born again, but the truth is the person that did those things doesn’t exist anymore. What the Bible says about you now is that you are washed, sanctified, justified, in the Name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God (1 Corinthians 6:11). Hallelujah!

Dear Father, I thank you for my new nature and identity in Christ; I’ve been washed, sanctified, justified, in the Name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Holy Spirit. I walk in the reality of the new life of righteousness, which I’ve received in Christ, producing fruits and works of righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
