St John the Baptist, Rothiemurchus The church of Saint John the Baptist Rothiemurchus, an Episcopal church on the outskirts of Aviemore, within the diocese of Moray, Ross and Caithness.

There is currently a small congregation of around 25 members led by priests the Rev Richard Gillings, Alison Hart, Tony Sparham and Jennifer Jones. We normally host two communion services a week on a Sunday and Thursday at 10.30 am, to which visitors are welcome.

As users of this church building we are invited to a consultation on its development by the Laggan church partnership.

As the days are drawing in, we will change to 3pm services through the winter months. For your diary the services for the rest of the year will be:
