We had the awesome Noah join us for Mass today at St Peterโ€™s! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Noah, who attends our Church of England School, Ireleth St Peter's School, has a very important responsibility this weekend โ€“ looking after his class toy, Timmy the Turtle! ๐Ÿข

With such an important job to do, Noah decided to bring Timmy along to church this morning so he could meet everyone at the service. It was lovely to see Noah taking such great care of his special guest, and Timmy certainly enjoyed all the attention from our congregation!

Thank you, Noah, for sharing Timmy with us today and for being such a wonderful caretaker. ๐Ÿ’š

โ›ช๏ธ A huge thank you to Furness Young Farmers for making such a spectacular start on tidying and maintaining St Peterโ€™s churchyard.

Keeping our churchyard looking its best is a big task, and without the support of dedicated volunteers it would be very difficult to stay on top of. As you can see, the young farmers have already made a massive difference, and we are incredibly grateful for all their hard work, time, and enthusiasm.

Your efforts help us care for this special place for our church family and the wider community to enjoy.

Thank you once again from everyone at St Peterโ€™s Church. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’š

Thank you to Ireleth Village Store for supplying refreshments to the young farmers!
