Thank you so much to all the 14 volunteers who joined us today for our Community Gardening Day!
What a lot of jobs we got done!
Weeding, tidying, sanding, painting, oiling, cleaning, planting, watering, sweeping, fixingโ€ฆโ€ฆ everyone was busy and in wonderful spirits!
Bacon butties, pastries and doughnuts and drinks helped to keep us all motivated - and the weather was kind to us too!

Many thanks to everybody that attended our Spring Fair today.
The weather prevented us from having our bouncy castle outside but there was lots to see and do inside, fantastic stalls and lots of tasty food and drinks.
We are delighted to report that we raised a fantastic ยฃ1725 - this will be used to maintain and improve our building and community garden and to help us to continue to offer free food and activities to our community!

I would like to thank everybody who supported our Big Bake fundraiser for the Brain Tumour Charity.
The event yesterday raised an amazing ยฃ1200! With online donations currently totalling ยฃ1800 that is a fantastic total of ยฃ3000!
Thanks for the home-baked cakes, all the help on the day itself and for your relentless support throughout my brain tumour journey.
Thanks also to Sounds Familiar for their entertainment and generous donation. We had a lovely afternoon together, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere whilst raising much-needed funds for this wonderful charity. Thank you โค๏ธ
