We're delighted to share some exciting news! 💙

Kingsnorth Church is now officially a KultureCity® Sensory Inclusive™ certified venue.

We believe church should be a place where everyone is welcome, everyone belongs, and everyone can encounter God's love. Becoming Sensory Inclusive™ is another step in helping make that a reality.

Our staff and volunteers have received specialist training to better support people with sensory needs, and we now have sensory bags available for anyone who may find our environment overwhelming. These include:

🎧 Noise-cancelling headphones
🧸 Fidget tools
💬 Visual/verbal cue cards
💙 Weighted lap pads

Sensory differences can affect people of all ages, including those with autism, dementia, PTSD and many other conditions. We hope these resources will help more people feel comfortable and confident attending our services, groups and community events.

Families and visitors can also download the free KultureCity® App to see the sensory resources available at Kingsnorth Church and view a Social Story before visiting.

We're so grateful to everyone who has helped us achieve this certification. We look forward to welcoming even more people into our church family and continuing to create a place where everyone knows they belong.

🎉 What a lovely morning we had at our ToddlerCreate Summer Party! ☀️

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us today (some of you are even in the photo! 📸). It was such a joy to celebrate together, play, laugh, and make some wonderful summer memories.

A very special thank you to our incredible ToddlerCreate team who worked so hard to make the morning possible. From setting up and serving refreshments to running crafts, welcoming families, and clearing everything away afterwards – we couldn't do it without you. Thank you for all you do to help make ToddlerCreate such a warm and welcoming place. ❤️

A special goodbye to all our little ones who are heading off to school this September – we're so proud of you and pray you have an amazing start to this exciting new adventure. 🎒

We hope you all have a fantastic summer, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back when ToddlerCreate returns on Thursday 3rd September.

Have you ever secretly wanted to throw something at Revd Adam…? or perhaps you have wondered what kind of face Christine would make if you hit her with a sponge?

Well, now’s your moment 😄

For a small cost, you can launch a very wet sponge straight at their face, all in the name of a brilliant cause! Every splash helps support the upkeep of our beautiful ancient church and contributes towards replacing our pews.

Alongside the sponge-throwing spectacle, there’ll be all the usual fayre fun, (try and win one of our fab raffle prizes or try your hand at the tombola or enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with homemade cake) a great afternoon for all ages.

Come along, bring your friends, and don’t miss your chance to make a splash!
