Join with us tonight as we look at “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿” — 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗮𝘀 𝗜𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘁.
Judas walked with Christ, listened to His teaching and witnessed His miracles, yet ultimately betrayed Him for thirty pieces of silver.
𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘂𝘀?
Have you ever traded time with Christ for the things of this world?
Have you allowed something or someone to take the place that rightfully belongs to Him?
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂?
Perhaps it's not thirty pieces of silver, but the approval of others, worldly pleasures, personal ambitions or simply the distractions of everyday life.
Judas' story is a solemn reminder that 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱, 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗶𝗺.

A few photographs from our 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 today at the Adair Arms Hotel, Ballymena.

What an encouragement to see so many men from different churches gathered together in fellowship and lifting their voices in praise to God.

We are especially grateful to 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿, who shared his personal testimony and drew out some searching and practical lessons for us as Christian men.

Thank you to everyone who helped organise, prepare, serve and support this special morning. Your time and effort were greatly appreciated.

Our prayer is that the encouragement of this morning will bear lasting fruit in our lives, homes and churches as we seek to become the men God calls us to be.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀, 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱! 🎶

What a wonderful sound at our 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗻 breakfast this morning!

But far more precious than the volume of the singing is the One to whom the praise is offered.

Our desire is not simply to gather men together, but to see men growing in their love for Christ, strengthened in their faith, and encouraged to live wholeheartedly for His glory.

𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗺 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆.

What a tremendous evening of singing, fellowship and encouragement, with a great gathering of young people from different churches and backgrounds, united together around the Word of God!

We were challenged by a timely message from 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀 from Numbers chapter 11.

A sincere thank you to everyone who came along and to all who helped make the evening such a blessing.

We’re already looking forward to next month’s rally, when 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗥𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻 will be our guest speaker, D.V.

🌾 HARVEST SUNDAY 🌾

Harvest Sundays are always a special time together as a church family, and today was no exception.

We have so much to be thankful to the Lord for — two lovely services, a wonderful time of fellowship around the supper table tonight, and the joy of seeing visitors among us, including some joining with us for the very first time.

As we looked around today, our hearts were simply thankful for a church filled with life — young and old together, friendships being formed, people serving willingly, and new faces coming through the doors.

We never want to take these things for granted. Every good gift is from above, and whatever encouragement we enjoy as a church is another reason to give thanks to God for His goodness and faithfulness.

Thank you to everyone who worked quietly behind the scenes and helped make today such a lovely occasion.

REGISTRATION REOPENED AND VENUE UPDATE-DUE TO INCREASED INTEREST

REGISTRATION REOPENED — FAITHFUL MEN BREAKFAST

We’re delighted to announce that, due to the increased number of men wanting to attend our Faithful Men Men’s Breakfast, we have been able to make additional places available and registration is now reopened!

To accommodate the increased numbers, the breakfast will now be held in the historic Adair Arms Hotel, Ballymena.

We’re very grateful for the response so far. It has been encouraging to see men of different ages signing up to come together around the Word of God, with a desire to grow in faith, lead in the home, serve in the church, stand for Christ in the world, and invest in the next generation.

So if you thought you had missed your opportunity — you haven’t!
