We're Hiring!

Greystone Road Presbyterian Church is hiring a Congregational Life Co-Ordinator.
We seek to appoint a new member of staff to help us to pursue our mission and
vision which is to find fullness of life as we follow Christ and be fruitful as we live for
Him.

This exciting role will focus on the development and support of discipling ministries
throughout the congregation under our โ€˜Fullness and Fruitfulnessโ€™ Mission and Vision
as we seek to find fullness in Christ as we faithfully follow Him.

Our new study series begins this week!

In this study series, '๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ช๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—บ, ๐—™๐˜‚๐—น๐—น ๐—Ÿ๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ฒ', we will be exploring Proverbs and how it offers God-breathed wisdom. Like popular wisdom, it speaks into the realities of life. But itโ€™s also utterly different because it offers Godly insight into how life is to be lived in a world created and ruled by the Lord God of the Scriptures.

This week sees most of our organisations recommence after the summer break. ๐Ÿ˜„

- BB is back on Monday & Friday evenings.

- Tuesday morning sees the return of our baby and tots group Buzzy Bees, and the evening has the return of our Bowls Club.

- Homegroups bible study in Proverbs gets underway on Wednesday morning/Thursday evening.

- Thursday Club returns on Thursday at 2pm.

- CE (Christian Endeavour), for P2-P7 kids, returns on Thursday evening too.

You are warmly invited to our worship services tomorrow.

In our morning worship, we are launching our congregation's mission and vision plan, 'Fullness & Fruitfulness'. As part of this, we will be focusing on John 10:1-18. Take this moment to read ahead: https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=John%2010%3A1-18&version=ESV

Evening worship will be an introduction of the working groups that will be facilitating our mission and vision, as well as a time of prayer.

Youth Fellowship recommences tomorrow evening from 7:30 - 9pm in the church complex. All year 8s and above welcome!

There are a few new initiatives to get involved in too, with a book exchange table and a craft corner.

There is also a new lift service for those who find transport to and from cafe a problem. Get in touch with Stephen to make arrangements. ๐Ÿ˜Š

How the week is shaping up at GRPC as our organisations get back underway!

Home Groups gets back underway with a Fellowship night on Thursday evening at 7:30-8:30. All welcome as we take a look at the new bible study and prayer programme.

Our men's group, MOT, is meeting on Friday at 7:30-9pm in the main church hall for an evening of bowls. Under 18s welcome to attend with their parent or guardian.
