From our September Prayer Diary
Tuesday 8th - Give thanks today for our Girls' Brigade Company. Ask God to help the girls settle into the new session; many in new sections with new leaders. Pray for new officers and helpers too; that they will work well together, fit in and help the girls in their care to thrive and have fun. The scripture theme for this year is "The Fruit of the Spirit". Pray that the girls, though the Holy Spirit, will learn more about what it means to live like Jesus.

From our September Prayer Diary
Monday 7th - Thank God for all the groups and ministries which take place in Muckamore PC. Praise God that we have so many dedicated and willing leaders and helpers. Pray that, as a new season begins, the work of our organisations will be fruitful and rewarding. Pray for unity and growth as the groups get underway, and that God's presence and power would be evident in all that is done in His name.

Pre Communion – Wednesday 29th September @ 8.00pm
Next Sunday 13th September our Morning Worship @11.00am will be led by Stephen as he opens God’s Word in Mark’s Gospel – we’ll also share in Communion together. [Crèche as well as a Bubbles, Rainbow and JUMP Clubs will all be available on Sunday morning]. Refreshments afterwards in the Foyer. You will be made most welcome.
Then on Sunday Evening at 7.00pm we have the first of our GO Gatherings @ 7.00pm including our Leader’s Dedication – please plan to attend.

From our September Prayer Diary
Sunday 6th – “The word is very near to you; it is in your mouth and in your heart so you may obey it” Deuteronomy 30:14. We don’t have to search for God; He is there in the midst of us. We can freely approach Him in prayer or through the words of the Bible. Even in the hardest of situations we can always reach out and receive hope and blessing.

From our September Prayer Diary
Saturday 5th - Women, men and children of families in Eastern DRC, South Sudan and Nigeria’s middle belt area have lost their lives in attacks from militant groups. Pray for comfort for families, healing of those injured and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding to surround the church in the affected areas. Pray that the Open Doors Arise Africa Petition when released in November to the UK government and the UN will have a greater impact that we ever could have imagined. From our September Prayer Diary
Friday 4th - Give thanks for the camps, teams, Holiday Bible Clubs and many other forms of Summer Outreach and service, in which members of Muckamore of all ages have been involved this summer. Praise God for the lives influenced for Jesus over the summer. Pray that those who have been involved in outreach teams will have been strengthened in their faith. Pray that because of these opportunities, many will be willing to continue to serve in our own church over the winter.
