Today our woods were filled with bears 🐻

Our Seeds & Saplings, found all 10 bears and did some wonderful counting to make sure they were all there.

Even some of our friends faces were painted as bears too 🥰

Today we had 13 children & 10 grown-ups 🌳

We played with the water, bricks & did some beautiful art with the giant chalks. 🐝🌈🌞

We had 2 teddy stories & our song and we enjoyed eating our teddy bears picnic together too 🥪🧸🧃

I had lots of fun, I hope you all did too. 🌿

Our next S&S is Tuesday 23rd June & then on Tuesday 7th July for our summer party!

It's time to come & play in the woods again on Tuesday 🌱

Today we focused on listening to creation...

Lots of birds were heard & birds were seen flying in & out of their nests... New life in our woods 🪺🐦

9 of us wandered & had lunch together in the ranch house.

Everyone is welcome at Peckwood, so if you'd like to come for a wander or sit beneath the trees when we next meet you'd be most welcome.

Our next Wandering and Wondering is Thursday 25th June at 11am 🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳

In the meantime we'll be here again on Tuesday for Seeds & Saplings. So if you have a child aged 5 or under join us then at 10.30am 🌿🌿 Jess 🌿🌿

Although the tree's provide a wonderful canopy if we did have a little drizzle.

The group walk leaves at 11.15am from the ranch house.

Thursday is Wandering & Wondering at Peckwood Forest Space.

Take some time for you this week to wander in the woods, listening to the bird song 🐦 allowing yourself to complete relax amongst the trees 🌳

Jess, our Forest Church co-ordinator will be onsite from 11am - 1pm. 🌿

If you'd like to wander with the group, we leave from the ranch house at 11.15am.
Alternatively you can wander with a friend or on your own.

Tea, coffee & squash are available in the ranch house throughout...
Soup & rolls are served at midday. 🌿

🌿 JUNE - Welcome to Meteorological Summer 🌿

Join us at Peckwood Forest Space, this Thursday 4th & then Thursday 25th June for Wandering & Wondering! 11am - 1pm

The woods are so lovely to wander through on a summers day, the canopy provides a gentle breeze & you'll be immersed in bird song 🐦

Soup, rolls, squash will be available at the ranch house whilst you visit.🌳

🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿

Alternatively if you have a small person aged 5 & under, you can join us on Tuesday 9th & Tuesday 23rd June at Seeds & Saplings. 10.30am - 11.45am

Here we play in the woods, hear a story, sing songs & enjoy being outside in creation.
We always have snacks, squash and usually a game of sleeping bunnies too🌳

Finally we have our Forest Church Gathering on Sunday 21st June at 4pm.
This is a time of outdoor worship for all ages, we'll have songs, prayers & a time of exploration of the woods feeling closer to something bigger than us.

We usually start at 4pm, for around 45 minutes. The woods will be open until 6pm so feel free to wander after the worship.
We'll finish with marshmallows & smoores around campfire, our worship is for everyone of all ages🌳
