Toddler groups are such an important space for children and their parents / carers to come together. We are fortunate to have such groups across our Trafford Churches. Not only toddlers, but groups supporting all ages from 0-5 years old.

Please remember in your prayers our groups, their leaders and all the families that come along.

Today some leaders are meeting together at Parliament with MP's, so remember them in your prayers too😊

There are times when we feel that there is so much negativity around us and we HOPE for something more....
Over the past week as we have gone about our normal week we have taken the letters of HOPE with us and asked people to write what brings them hope. What does HOPE mean to them?
The letters have gone to meetings, lunch clubs, zoom meetings, baby groups, Pride in Trafford, Boys' and Girls' Brigades.

Today is the last day of A Million Acts of Hope campaign, but it doesn't stop there. Let's keep bringing HOPE into our lives. Let's celebrate all the wonderful things that people are doing every day.
Take a look at what we have been up to.

We joined other community stands at Pride in Trafford, on Saturday.
It rained, but it didn't stop the spirit of the event!

Thank you for letting us be part of such an amazing event!

It's wonderful seeing how our letters of hope are filling up. We have taken our letters to a number of places this week. This afternoon we are at the North Neighbourhood Network meeting in Old Trafford and tomorrow will be at Pride in Trafford from 12noon - 5pm.
If we don't get to see you in person, you are welcome to share in the comments what brings you hope and we can add it in.

Join us in a prayer for all those sitting exams and deadlines, shared by Genesis Padgett, Methodist Youth President 🙏

Father God,
We pray today for those who are taking their SAT's, GCSE's, A-Levels, University Exams or any other exams that may be causing stress or pressure.

Lord we ask you to help them remember what they have learned and to do the best they can, with the understanding that they are perfect in your eyes.

Lord we pray too for teachers, parents, carers, and friends - that they can be full of love and care, to support our young people, and we pray that they too can have calm minds when they feel overwhelmed.

And for those who are anxious, or fearful for their future, we pray bring peace and love. May every young person know that one exam never defines their future, or their potential.

Father God give everyone the knowledge that you go with us always.
Amen.

We are joining A Million Acts of Hope, to celebrate kindness, care and connection. As we go about our week we will take our HOPE letters with us, asking people to write down what brings them hope.
We look forward to sharing the results!
