We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to St Peter’s Church Hale for an afternoon of fun, laughter, and community as we celebrate St Peter’s Day together.

Whether you’re a regular member of our church family, live locally, or have never visited before, this is a great opportunity to come along, meet people, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon with friends and family.

St Peter is the patron saint of our church, and every year we take the opportunity to celebrate not only his feast day but also the wonderful community that makes St Peter’s such a special place. We’d love for you to be part of it.

So bring the children, bring the grandparents, invite your neighbours, and join us for an afternoon of family fun. Whether you stay for ten minutes or the whole afternoon, you’ll be very welcome.

This week’s Gospel readings are full of invitation and compassion. At 8:30am we hear the Parable of the Great Banquet, where God’s welcome is thrown open to all. At 10am we see Jesus looking on the crowds with compassion and sending out his disciples to share God’s love with the world.

Whether you’re a regular member of our congregation, visiting family, exploring faith, or simply looking for a place to worship this Sunday, you’ll find a warm welcome waiting for you.
