Alton Baptist Church Closing at end of December

It is with some regret that we have taken the decision to close Alton Baptist Church, with our last service to be held on 31st December 2023.
Our congregation has been gradually reducing in size and increasing in age.
We no longer have sufficient active people to continue doing the work required to run the church.
It is expected that most of the congregation will migrate to other local churches.

In the meanwhile, the church will be open this Sunday, Christmas Eve, for morning service at 11:00.
