THIS SUNDAY — THE FINAL MESSAGE IN OUR 1 PETER SERIES!

For the past weeks we’ve been journeying through 1 Peter, discovering what it means to live as followers of Jesus who are called to be DIFFERENT.

This Sunday we reach the conclusion:
DIFFERENT TO THE END
1 Peter 4:7–5:14

Peter finishes his letter by reminding us that following Jesus isn’t just about starting well — it’s about staying faithful to the end.

When life is difficult.
When faith is tested.
When the pressure is on.
When we’re tempted to give up.

Stand firm. Serve faithfully. Trust God completely.

And Peter leaves us with this wonderful promise: “The God of all grace… will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.” — 1 Peter 5:10

Join us as we bring our DIFFERENT: The Christian Identity series to a close and ask:

What does it look like to live DIFFERENT — right to the end?

🍔🌭 CHURCH BBQ FUN! 🌭🍔

What a great time of food, friendship and fellowship after church at our Church BBQ! ❤️

There was plenty of great food, yummy desserts and, judging by the end of it, plenty of very full tummies! 😋🍰

A huge thank you to everyone who brought food, helped set up, served, cleared away and made it such an enjoyable time together.

And, of course, a special mention for Pastor Robert on BBQ duty… 🔥😂

We’re pleased to report that:
🔥 The church is still standing.
🌭 Most of the sausages survived.
🍔 The burgers were eventually persuaded to cooperate.
💨 The smoke could possibly be seen from the Black Isle.
👨‍🍳 And Pastor Robert is now considering adding “Master of the Grill” to his job description!

Although judging by the amount of smoke in the photos, we’re not entirely sure whether he was cooking the sausages or choosing the next General Director! 😂😂

Thankfully, everyone went home well fed, well fellowshipped… and nobody needed the fire brigade! 🚒🤣

A brilliant time together as a church family. ❤️
