Decorations are prepped, stars are ready, we can’t wait to see you all at tomorrow nights St Nicholas Night celebrations

Due to an amber weather warning being issued the festivities have been relocated to The Greig Hall

Come along and see us at The Alcester Churches Together stall where we invite children (of all ages!) to come and write a prayer, or the name of someone they’d like to pray for on one of the stars we’ll have available

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow!

"Lord Jesus, your love knows no bounds and you give without measure. All that I have comes from you. May I give freely and generously in gratitude for all that you have given to me. Take my life and all that I possess - my gifts, talents, time and resources - and use them as you see fit for your glory."

For the happy repose of HM Queen Elizabeth II

Almighty God, You are the author and sustainer of all human life; grant that your servant, Elizabeth our Queen, whom you granted a long and happy reign as Monarch of these lands may be forgiven her sins and rewarded with eternal life promised to all those born again in the water of baptism and power of your Spirit. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, Who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit God, forever and ever, Amen.

30/07/2022

Father of everlasting goodness, our origin and guide, be close to us, and hear the prayers of all who praise you. Forgive our sins and restore us to life. Keep us safe in your love. Amen.

A reflection. The theme is that God is with us, right from the time we began to exist and will continue to accompany us until we die. So we ask God who has offered us his love, to keep us safe now. At Mass we are restored to life by hearing God’s word in in Our Lord’s teachings and by receiving his Body and Blood in Communion.
