Thank you to everyone who came along and supported, sung, danced, laughed and raised funds this evening. A special thanks to those who helped setting up and clearing up.

You are all fabulous!

No photos from the night as it wasn't appropriate. But here is a photo of bluebells, the scent of which, the church garden is awash with them, welcomed us upon arrival.

You are invited to join us tomorrow, 19th April, at 10.30am as we join Cleopas and his companion in a downcast dusty walk to Emmaus. They discovered that even in sadness and the dust of the day Jesus walks with us, feeding us with joy and peace. The year and place may be different but Jesus walks with us too, sometimes we just need a reminder, as they did, that God's promises will come true.

Our service begins at 10.30am

Tomorrow we are reminded that it is okay to doubt, be unsure, have questions. Thomas gets a bad rap, but really he is just like us, an ordinary person trying to get their head around the wonder of God. When it feels like the light is going out or only smouldering, that is the time to ask the questions, seek out the truth regardless of what others are saying.

Our service tomorrow, 12th April, begins at 10.30 am

Alleluia! Christ is Risen. He is Risen indeed. Alleluia!A Blessed Easter to all.
