Our first week back at Progeny Post Primary Hub!

What a lovely first week it has been. 🙌

We’ve welcomed new faces, reconnected with returning students and begun building our Progeny community for another year.

We’ve been intentional about creating spaces that feel calm, safe, welcoming and homely — little reminders that our young people are valued, loved and have a place where they can simply be themselves.

As we begin a new year together, our prayer is that every young person who walks through our doors knows that they are seen, known and deeply loved by God.

Parents, a big thank you to everyone who has shared their story so far. We’ve been collecting your feedback as we consider the development of the bridge for young people withdrawing from school, friendships and the outside world.

The course will be delivered by Medsafe Consultancy, a ProTrainings.uk approved centre.

We have opened up a few places to others as our course can accommodate up to 12 participants — giving you the opportunity to complete your training at a great price while helping us keep the cost to Progeny down.

At Progeny, we’re exploring The Bridge — a new way of gently reaching young people who aren’t yet ready to come to us.

A huge congratulations to Adam, one of our past students, who has just become World Champion in Powerlifting!💪

A great reminder that achievement doesn’t always look like exam results or academic success.

Everyone has a gift - for some, it’s academia. For others, it’s creativity, sport, leadership, practical skills or something completely unique.

✨ Sometimes, success is simply about finding yours. ✨

𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗔𝗗𝗔𝗠… 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩. 💪🏽

Adam now returns home as the reigning World, British and Commonwealth Champion, with new British records and another silver medal as part of Team GB’s second-placed men’s Sub-Junior squad.

From his first competition at 14 to number one in the world at 17 — this is some achievement for the young Dunloy lifter.

We’ve been busy getting everything ready for September, and a huge thank you to Hillside Community Church for embracing our vision and welcoming us to host the Progeny Primary Hub.
Our artists were hard at work last night creating a warm, welcoming space for the little ones who will be joining us in September! 🎨💛

WE DID IT! 🏔️💪
Yesterday our amazing team took on the Seven Sevens Challenge in the Mournes to fundraise for Progeny - and what a day it was!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported us, donated, encouraged us, shared our posts and cheered us on. ❤️

It was tough, tiring and definitely a challenge — but our team kept going and everyone did so well!

We also want to acknowledge God’s hand in the weather - many were praying for perfect conditions for the walk and that’s exactly what we got! 🙌🙏

Every donation helps Progeny support young people who have faced challenging life experiences. We’re a registered charity and all proceeds will be used to fund our tuition hubs and counselling/mentoring services.
