O give thanks to the Lord, for He is so good to all of us.
Not only He went to the cross for the forgiveness of our sins and to reconcile us to Himself, but - just as He said He would - He rose again! Death could not hold Him, the grave could not keep Him. Jesus is alive! Alleluia! He is now preparing a place for us and He will soon come back to take with Him, to be with Him eternally, all those who believe in Him. What a promise! What a blessing! What an amazing God is our God, our Lord, our Saviour! Today, call on the Name of Jesus, be saved and follow Him. He is the only life, the only truth and the only way! Praise God for Jesus.
God bless you all.

Imagine: Life as a big ocean. Your life is a little boat trying to navigate on that big sea. The ocean is calm, the sky is blue, fluffy clouds here and there; the sun is shining and there is a little breeze to keep you cool. ‘All is well, all is good, am doing okay’.
But now, the clouds are changing colours; dark grey, almost black. They gather together. The sun is gone! It feels cold, it is dark; even the sea has changed colour. What is going on? Waves are now rocking the boat of my life, they are getting bigger. Where did that wind come from? I am going to drown, my boat is capsizing! Help! I am alone. No-one to help me. No-one to stop that storm. I am going to die! Someone, anyone, help me I shout!
Then a voice: ‘Don’t be afraid, take courage, I Am here!’ This voice! This Man! Hang on a minute! He is on top of the waves!! ‘I Am here!’
Could He be the One to save me?
Of course, I let Him get into my boat and what is happening now??
I cannot feel the wind anymore, the waves are going back to sleep, the clouds are dispersing! Oh, the sun is bright again! I am not going to die!
This Man, whose name is Jesus, came into the boat of my life and saved me. I was alone, I was lost, I was drowning, but not any more! This Man Jesus, Who is God, came to rescue me and to offer me a new life. A life not without its challenges or pain or struggle, but a life no longer alone. He is my Saviour. He wants to be yours today. Let Him into the boat of your life. You will never regret it. Thank God for Jesus. Mark 6v45-52
God bless you all.

‘Many, O LORD my God, are your wonderful works which You have done; And Your thoughts towards us cannot be recounted to You in order; If I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered. ‘ Psalm 40v5
I give thanks and praise to our God for His loving kindness and grace toward us at Clayton church. His love, His provision, His protection and His strength toward us at enable us to do the work He has called us to do. The door of 2025 is now closed and a new door has opened. We look forward to what our Lord has planned for us for this year and we keep our eyes on Jesus Christ, the Author and Finisher of our faith. The Lord has touched many people to come alongside us to help us in the work through donations, prayers, words of encouragement. Thank you to all of you who have very generously donated to God’s work at the church. The Lord bless you all.
