Peel Street Baptist Church

Peel Street Baptist Church During the week, we have a Zoom prayer meeting on Tuesday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm.

We are a group of ordinary people from all sorts of backgrounds, whose lives have been changed by what God has done through his Son, Jesus Christ, meeting together in the centre of Accrington for fellowship and to proclaim the good news of the Gospel! We have our Sunday service starting 10:45am, with 'Our Space' (Sunday school) taking place during the service, as well as a time of tea, coffee and

fellowship after the service. We also have our Wednesday afternoon Bible study from 1:30-2:30pm and our Wednesday evening meeting from 7:30-9:00pm. Additionally, we have the 'Thursday Zone' (on Thursdays) from 7:00-8:15pm for children in schools years 3 and above, although this takes a break during the summer holidays. For more information about our meetings, follow this link to our website www.peelstreet.org.uk

We're gathering together after communion to watch 'Amazing Grace', a film that tells part of the wonderful story of the abolition of the transatlantic slave trade in Britain. How incredible to see the faith of William Wilberforce in action! 😁
