The team are travelling to Latvia to take on this incredible challenge in aid of Little Hearts Matter.
The challenge is especially meaningful to Fr David, whose 13-year-old nephew Harrison was born with half a working heart and underwent three open heart surgeries before the age of five. Harrison and his family have received support throughout his journey and continue to face the challenges that come with growing up with a single ventricle heart condition️.
The team shared:
“Our hope is to raise funds for this vital work, in order that other children and their families can have the support that Harrison’s family has received, and know that they are not facing this diagnosis alone.”
