On Saturday 28th there is our usual monthly working party from 10-12noon. All are welcome to lend a hand. We need more volunteers if we are to keep the inside and out giving glory to God.
The Yoga sessions move to Lambourne Centre for the Summer but the last one at Abridge Village Hall is from 11.00am. on Saturday 28th March . No experience necessary..
Our Annual Quiet Day at Pleshey is on Monday 30th March from 10.30-3.30pm It is a wonderful place of peace set in an historic moated village and with wonderful food. Please ask for more details. We need to confirm bookings after this weekend.

Please join us where you can at Stapleford Abbotts and Abridge Village Church as well as Lambourne and again invite others to join us.
There is an Art Exhibition at Stapleford Abbotts Church from 10-2.00pm on Saturday 4th April. This is a first for our communities and has paintings from our own Nick Price. There will be refreshments to sustain your viewing.
Beyond Easter
there is the Stapleford Abbotts Quiz on April 17th (poster attached),
The Plant Sale at Stapleford Abbotts on Saturday May 9th from 10-2.00pm. They would be grateful for any surplus plants and seedlings you have, to add to their stalls.
Our Annual Meetings on Sunday 3rd May starting after the service. Our Church Electoral roll is open from Sunday to all who wish to be considered members of the church. From this register we can demonstrate our effectiveness as a church.
At the meeting we will be electing churchwardens, deanery synod and church council members.
Christian Aid Week is May 10th- 16th. Again we will be delivering envelopes to every house in the parish. Help wanted.
We had our Flower Festival meeting last week, so we know the dates-July 11th and 12th, the theme – Saying it with Flowers.
Now we need people to come forward with any ideas for stalls and sideshows, publicity, and to help in setting up, help on the days and in clearing up. Please let us know where you can assist.
Stuff for the foodbank can be left in church and Derek H. or I will deliver it to Collier Row each Friday, Derek has told us how desperately short of everything the food bank is as the demand continues to increase.
