Red Stag is on the move…

This week we had the pleasure of catering for the Savills Summer Party, teaming up with Tap Social to deliver a fantastic local BBQ with Church Farm venison front and centre on the menu.

From sizzling venison burgers to great local drinks and a brilliant atmosphere, it was a wonderful evening to be part of. The sun was shining, spirits were high, and it felt like the perfect way to celebrate the best of summer.

We loved bringing the Red Stag Deer Box Bar to such a fantastic event.

There’s nothing quite like a great burger on a summer evening, those of you who joined us at BBQ @ The Barn Farm Shop & Café on Saturday I’m sure will agree! Our favourite combination starts with a juicy venison burger, served in a toasted brioche bun with mature cheddar, caramelised onions, crisp lettuce, tomato and your favourite burger sauce. Simple to prepare and full of flavour, it’s a fantastic way to enjoy venison this BBQ season. Our venison burgers are available from The Barn Farm Shop, online, or at Aldens Meatmaster, Oxford.
