A Huge Thank You from St Teilo's Church!

We are absolutely overwhelmed by the incredible support shown for our Spring into Action Appeal.

Thanks to your generosity, we have now raised an amazing £34,000 towards protecting and restoring the historic churchyard bank at St Teilo's.

This has only been possible because of so many wonderful people. Thank you to everyone who has:
Made a donation.
Bought raffle tickets.
Supported our fundraising events, including our Craft Fair and Recorder Concert.
Given their time, encouragement and practical help along the way.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the Diocese of Monmouth, the Welsh Church Act Fund, Llantilio Pertholey Community Council, and the North Monmouthshire Ministry Area for their generous grant funding. Your support has made a tremendous difference.

Because of the kindness of our community and our grant funders, we have now raised enough to begin work on the most urgent sections of the churchyard bank, helping to safeguard this special place for future generations.

We're not quite at the finish line yet. Our target is £45,000, so we're just £11,000 short of completing the full programme of works. Every donation, however small, will help us get there.

Thank you for proving once again that St Teilo's Church is far more than an historic building – it is a community that comes together to care for its heritage, support one another, and ensure this special place continues to serve future generations.

From all of us at St Teilo's Church—thank you. We couldn't have done it without you.💕

Storm damage this winter has left St Teilo’s historic churchyard at risk of erosion. Insurance will not cover the £45,000 needed to protect it. This Easter, please spring into action and help preserve this sacred place for the future.
