Thank you to everyone who came to wrap shoeboxes today. There really was a great atmosphere and together you covered 104 shoeboxes. Well done. A special thanks to the chefs who kept everyone supplied with delicious soup, coffee & cake. If you were unable to join us today there will be another chance in two weeks time on Friday 18th September.

Warm Welcome Cafe reopens this week, after the summer break, with a special celebration. Don't miss it, Tuesday 10am-12noon at Aberfeldy Parish Church.

Calling all folks who are good (or even average) at wrapping presents! Your skills are in demand at our Shoebox wrapping days for the Blythswood Shoebox Appeal. The dates are Friday 4th and Friday 18th September between 11am and 3pm in Aberfeldy Church. Come on your own and make some new friends or indeed, bring your friends! There will be some premium home made soup for all attendees!


If you can’t come but would like some shoeboxes to wrap at home, please message Jean Kilpatrick to arrange to receive shoeboxes and wrapping paper.


Either way, you will be helping in the shared effort to touch the lives of the people of Ukraine who could certainly use a little joy.
