St Peter's Catholic Church St. Peter's was the first Catholic church to be built in Aberdeen after the reformation, Its foundations being laid in 1803.

We are blessed with a beautiful church building and a community which is open and friendly and has a great family atmosphere.

Pope Leo XIV is inviting youth, aged 18-35, from all around the world to join him in Seoul, South Korea, in August 2027 for World Youth Day. There we will join young Catholics worldwide to be inspired by the words of Christ, “Take courage! I have overcome the world.” (Jn. 16:33). If you are part of the Diocese of Aberdeen and interested in joining us for WYD, please register your interest via this link so we have an idea of numbers, and you can weigh in to help us create our pilgrim package:
