In this broken world that we live in we must continue to press into the example that Jesus left for us.
We must follow him and take up our cross daily, putting him first.
Our priorities must be in heavenly places. Many of us may seek treasures of this world, treasures that will never fully satisfy our souls. Why? Because the kingdom of Heaven is that treasure we seek. It is a treasure in which is so precious, that we should be willing to sell all we have for it.
“The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field.”
Matthew 13:44 NIV
It is a treasure that we should seek above all else. For when we seek the kingdom of heaven as our first priority, we begin to see the new creation breaking through into this world and transforming lives, healing people, deliverance, breakthrough.
“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
Matthew 6:33 NIV
First Seek the Kingdom , Be the Church and Follow Jesus.
