Fly Cup is back on this coming Wednesday. It’s open from 9am until 12pm and you’re welcome to stay for as long, or as short, as you’d like.

The idea behind Fly Cup is really simple. It’s a place to come and enjoy some company, maybe meet a few new people, enjoy a cuppa, a “fine piece” and to rest. It’s open to anyone so feel free to pop in and say hello.

This Sunday we’re continuing our teaching series “Sovereign Over Us”. This week we find Joseph in Egypt surrounded by a new culture, new city, temptations but most importantly God is with him. Join us at 1030am – we’d love to have you join us.

Join us on Wednesday 23rd September at 730pm as Care deliver a "Better Story Seminar" by Dr Stuart Weir. For more than 40 years, CARE has sought to bring truth and grace into the world of politics. They believe that we have a better story to tell, revealed in God's word and modelled by Jesus himself.

Care are passionate about equipping people across Scotland to be salt and light in the political process. Whether it's signing a petition, responding to a consultation or contacting your MSPs, they're here to help you do so effectively.

Join us as we explore:
• Principalities, Politics and Prayer: This seminar seeks to show why political power is contested ground and why it is essential that the Church engage in spiritual warfare for this area of life
• Discerning Christian Nationalism: This seminar seeks to shine a spotlight on the dangers of linking the Christian Faith with a particular political ideology and/or party. By identifying the drivers behind the joining of our faith and a form of nationalism, we can better understand what is happening in the UK at the moment and why.

Who’s up for a quiz night??

Join us on Wednesday 2nd of September for an evening testing your trivia knowledge and at the same time raising some funds for International Justice Mission (IJM). IJM do incredible work around the world to rescue people from slavery and to bring change in governments to raise awareness where it’s most needed.

Come along for 730pm either with a team of 6 or come along yourself and you can join another team. We’re suggesting a donation of £10 per person to go to IJM. If you’ve got any questions please contact [email protected]

Have you been to Hillview before? If not, you are very welcome to join us this Sunday at 1030am. During our time together we’ll sing worship songs to God that speak of who He is and how much He loves us, we’ll open the bible to see what God wants to speak to us and we’ll spend some time in fellowship together. Last Sunday we kicked off a new series called “Sovereign Over Us.” Over the next few months we’re going to be in the latter chapters of Genesis looking at the story of Joseph, his Father Jacob and his brothers. Throughout it we’ll see God’s hand at work bringing about His will and purposes despite the many difficult situations that are encountered. Join us at 1030am on Sunday!
