When Joel was five years old, God spoke to him while he was worshiping in a tree: “Joel, will you preach for me?”

Years later, on a second date with the woman who would become his wife, she asked him a simple question: “Does that mean as a pastor in the United States, or anywhere on planet Earth?”

In that moment, Joel realized he had placed limits on the call of God.

What began with a child hearing God in a tree became a journey of planting churches among people with little access to the Gospel.

Coming from ministry in the US, Arnie believed success meant seeing visible fruit.

But serving in Europe changed his perspective.

Among spiritually resistant spaces, he began to realize that faithfulness isn’t measured by numbers alone.

As long as he was obedient to God, whatever the outcome would be worth it!

Jackie and her husband were living and working in Florida when God spoke to them separately about serving overseas long-term.

With one child and another on the way, the call felt heavy and real. They had hoped to move closer to family in Oregon, but God was leading them even farther away. Instead of resisting, their parents encouraged them.

Even though it meant sacrificing time with family, they chose to expand God’s.

Many people look at Europe and assume it’s already Christian.

After all, the cathedrals are everywhere. But the reality is different.

Across Spain and much of Europe, the need is for believers who live out their faith in everyday life.

Families who integrate into communities.
Neighbors who show what it means to follow Christ.
Lives that demonstrate that Jesus still changes people.

Kevin thought missions were for places marked by physical poverty.

But on his first missions trip to Europe, during a prayer walk in Liverpool, God opened his eyes to something he hadn’t seen before: spiritual poverty.

People surrounded by opportunity and resources, yet still searching for hope.

What began as a moment of prayer slowly became a calling.

When first sensed God calling him into ministry, he didn’t want it.

So he prayed the most honest prayer he could, “God, either change my heart or leave me alone.”

God answered.

Over time, John realized the dreams he once held were gone, replaced by a peace he couldn’t explain. Step by step, he followed the open doors God put in front of him.

Years later, after selling everything and moving across the world, John and his wife stepped into pastoring with the same simple posture: Love people and do what God says.

He is risen.

“Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen.” — Luke 24:5

The resurrection changes everything.

Across Europe, the empty tomb is remembered in tradition and history, but the good news is still waiting to be heard by many.

Today we celebrate the risen King and pray that the hope of the resurrection would reach every nation, city, and heart across Europe!

The day between the cross and the resurrection.

“Unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.” — John 12:24

Across Europe, the story of Easter is everywhere in traditions, architecture, and history.

Yet millions have never heard the gospel personally.

Pray for Europe today.

Pray for believers, churches, and missionaries who are sharing the living story of Jesus with people who have only seen the symbols.

Today we remember the sacrifice of Jesus.

“He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.” — 1 Peter 2:24

Across Europe, crosses stand on church towers, in city squares, and along quiet country roads. They are symbols everyone recognizes. But for many, the story behind the cross has never truly been heard.

Today, pray for Europe, that those surrounded by the symbols of the gospel would come to know the Savior who gave His life for them.
