After a problem with the electrics, we had a joyous celebration for Pentecost. Uplifting hymns: Praise my soul the king of heaven, Praise to the Lord the Almighty, God's Spirit is is in my heart, Jesus is Lord. We were given windmills to take home and put in our window boxes/gardens to remind us of the Spirit who, like the wind, we can't see but we see the effect He has. The photo was taken before the lights came on. Shows the windmills and our monthly donations of food.

Coming of the Holy Spirit
Acts 2:
2 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all [a]with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 Then there appeared to them [b]divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Defend, O Lord, these your servants with your heavenly grace,
that they may continue yours for ever,
and daily increase in your Holy Spirit more and more
until they come to your everlasting kingdom.
