முதல் வாசகம்
ஆறுபோல் நிறைவாழ்வு பாய்ந்தோடச் செய்வேன்.
இறைவாக்கினர் எசாயா நூலிலிருந்து வாசகம் 66: 10-14c
எருசலேமின் மேல் அன்பு கொண்ட அனைவரும் அவளுடன் அகமகிழ்ந்து அவள் பொருட்டு அக்களியுங்கள்; அவளுக்காகப் புலம்பி அழும் எல்லாரும் அவளுடன் சேர்ந்து மகிழ்ந்து கொண்டாடி ஆர்ப்பரியுங்கள்.
அப்போது அவளின் ஆறுதல் அளிக்கும் முலைகளில் குடித்து நீங்கள் நிறைவடைவீர்கள்; அவள் செல்வப் பெருக்கில் நிறைவாக அருந்தி இன்பம் காண்பீர்கள்.
ஆண்டவர் கூறுவது இதுவே: ஆறுபோல் நிறைவாழ்வு பாய்ந்தோடச் செய்வேன்; பெருக்கெடுத்த நீரோடைபோல் வேற்றினத்தாரின் செல்வம் விரைந்து வரச் செய்வேன்.
நீங்கள் பால் பருகுவீர்கள்; மார்பில் அணைத்துச் சுமக்கப்படுவீர்கள்; மடியில் வைத்துத் தாலாட்டப்படுவீர்கள். தாய் தன் பிள்ளையைத் தேற்றுவதுபோல் நான் உங்களைத் தேற்றுவேன்; எருசலேமில் நீங்கள் தேற்றப்படுவீர்கள். இதை நீங்கள் காண்பீர்கள், உங்கள் இதயம் மகிழ்ச்சி கொள்ளும், உங்கள் எலும்புகள் பசும்புல் போல் வளரும்; ஆண்டவர் தம் ஆற்றலைத் தம் ஊழியருக்குக் காட்டுவார்.

2. அவரது பெயரின் மாட்சியைப் புகழ்ந்து பாடுங்கள்; அவரது புகழை மேன்மைப்படுத்துங்கள்.
3a. கடவுளை நோக்கி ‘உம் செயல்கள் எவ்வளவு அஞ்சத்தக்கவை’ என்று சொல்லுங்கள். - பல்லவி

16. கடவுளுக்கு அஞ்சி நடப்போரே! அனைவரும் வாரீர்! கேளீர்! அவர் எனக்குச் செய்ததனை எடுத்துரைப்பேன்.
20. என் மன்றாட்டைப் புறக்கணியாத கடவுள் போற்றி! தம் பேரன்பை என்னிடமிருந்து நீக்காத இறைவன் போற்றி! - பல்லவி
இரண்டாம் வாசகம்
என் உடலில் உள்ள தழும்புகள் நான் இயேசுவுக்கு அடிமை என்பதற்கு அடையாளம்.
திருத்தூதர் பவுல் கலாத்தியருக்கு எழுதிய திருமுகத்திலிருந்து வாசகம் 6: 14-18
சகோதரர் சகோதரிகளே,
நானோ நம் ஆண்டவர் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் சிலுவையை அன்றி, வேறு எதைப் பற்றியும் ஒருபோதும் பெருமை பாராட்ட மாட்டேன். அதன் வழியாகவே, என்னைப் பொறுத்த வரையில், உலகம் சிலுவையில் அறையப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. உலகைப் பொறுத்தவரையில் நானும் சிலுவையில் அறையப்பட்டிருக்கிறேன். விருத்தசேதனம் செய்துகொள்வதும் செய்து கொள்ளாமல் இருப்பதும் ஒன்றே. புதிய படைப்பாவதே இன்றியமையாதது.
இந்தக் கொள்கையைப் பின்பற்றுவோருக்கும் கடவுளின் மக்களாகிய இஸ்ரயேலருக்கும் அமைதியும் இரக்கமும் உரித்தாகுக!
இனிமேல் எவரும் எனக்குத் தொல்லை கொடுக்க வேண்டாம். ஏனெனில் என் உடலில் உள்ள தழும்புகள் நான் இயேசுவுக்கு அடிமை என்பதற்கு அடையாளம்.
சகோதரர் சகோதரிகளே, நம் ஆண்டவர் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் அருள் உங்களோடு இருப்பதாக! ஆமென்.
ஆண்டவரின் அருள்வாக்கு.

அல்லேலூயா, அல்லேலூயா! கிறிஸ்து அருளும் அமைதி உங்கள் உள்ளங்களை நெறிப்படுத்துவதாக! கிறிஸ்துவைப் பற்றிய நற்செய்தி உங்களுக்குள் நிறைவாகக் குடிகொள்வதாக! அல்லேலூயா.
நற்செய்தி வாசகம்
நீங்கள் வாழ்த்திக் கூறிய அமைதி இல்லத்தாரிடம் தங்கும்.
✠ லூக்கா எழுதிய தூய நற்செய்தியிலிருந்து வாசகம் 10: 1-12, 17-20
அக்காலத்தில்
இயேசு எழுபத்திரண்டு பேரை நியமித்து, அவர்களைத் தாம் போக இருந்த எல்லா ஊர்களுக்கும் இடங்களுக்கும் தமக்கு முன்னே இருவர் இருவராக அனுப்பினார். அப்போது அவர் அவர்களை நோக்கிக் கூறியது:
“அறுவடை மிகுதி; வேலையாள்களோ குறைவு. ஆகையால் தமது அறுவடைக்குத் தேவையான வேலையாள்களை அனுப்பும்படி அறுவடையின் உரிமையாளரிடம் மன்றாடுங்கள். புறப்பட்டுப் போங்கள்; ஓநாய்களிடையே ஆட்டுக் குட்டிகளை அனுப்புவதுபோல் உங்களை நான் அனுப்புகிறேன். பணப் பையோ வேறு பையோ மிதியடிகளோ எதுவும் நீங்கள் எடுத்துச் செல்ல வேண்டாம்; வழியில் எவருக்கும் வணக்கம் செலுத்த வேண்டாம்.
நீங்கள் எந்த வீட்டுக்குள் சென்றாலும், ‘இந்த வீட்டுக்கு அமைதி உண்டாகுக!’ என முதலில் கூறுங்கள். அமைதியை விரும்புபவர் அங்கு இருந்தால், நீங்கள் வாழ்த்திக் கூறிய அமைதி அவரிடம் தங்கும்; இல்லா விட்டால் அது உங்களிடமே திரும்பிவிடும். அவர்களிடம் உள்ளதை நீங்கள் உண்டு குடித்து அந்த வீட்டிலேயே தங்கியிருங்கள். ஏனெனில் வேலையாளர் தம் கூலிக்கு உரிமை உடையவரே; வீடு வீடாய்ச் செல்லவேண்டாம். நீங்கள் செல்லும் ஊரில் உங்களை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டால் உங்களுக்குப் பரிமாறுவதை உண்ணுங்கள். அங்கு உடல் நலம் குன்றியோரைக் குணமாக்கி, இறையாட்சி அவர்களை நெருங்கி வந்துவிட்டது எனச் சொல்லுங்கள்.
நீங்கள் செல்லும் ஊரில் உங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளா விட்டால் அதன் வீதிகளில் சென்று, ‘எங்கள் கால்களில் ஒட்டியுள்ள உங்கள் ஊர்த் தூசியையும் உங்களுக்கு எதிராக உதறிவிடுகிறோம். ஆயினும் இறையாட்சி நெருங்கி வந்துவிட்டது என்பதை அறிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்’ எனச் சொல்லுங்கள். அந்த நாளில் அவ்வூர் பெறும் தண்டனை சோதோம் நகரினர் பெறும் தண்டனையை விடக் கடினமாகவே இருக்கும் என உங்களுக்குச் சொல்கிறேன்."
பின்னர் எழுபத்திரண்டு பேரும் மகிழ்வுடன் திரும்பி வந்து, “ஆண்டவரே, உமது பெயரைச் சொன்னால் பேய்கள் கூட எங்களுக்கு அடிபணிகின்றன” என்றனர்.
அதற்கு அவர், “வானத்திலிருந்து சாத்தான் மின்னலைப் போல விழக் கண்டேன். பாம்புகளையும் தேள்களையும் மிதிக்கவும், பகைவரின் வல்லமை அனைத்தையும் வெல்லவும் உங்களுக்கு அதிகாரம் கொடுத்திருக்கிறேன். உங்களுக்கு எதுவுமே தீங்கு விளைவிக்காது. ஆயினும் தீய ஆவிகள் உங்களுக்கு அடிபணிகின்றன என்பது பற்றி மகிழ வேண்டாம். மாறாக, உங்கள் பெயர்கள் விண்ணகத்தில் எழுதப்பட்டிருக்கின்றன என்பது பற்றியே மகிழுங்கள்” என்றார்.

First reading
“Behold, I will direct peace to her like a river”
Reading from the Book of the Prophet Isaiah 66:10-14c
Rejoice with Jerusalem!
Exult in her, all you who love her!
Be glad with her,
all you who mourn for her!
Then you will be nourished with her milk and
satisfied with her comforts;
then you will taste with delight
the abundance of her glory.
For the Lord declares:
"Behold, I will bring
peace to her like a river , and the glory of the nations
like an overflowing stream ." You will be nourished and carried on the hip; you will be cherished on her knees. Like a child whom its mother comforts, so I will comfort you. Yes, in Jerusalem you will be comforted. You will see, your heart will rejoice, and your bones will revive like the green grass. The Lord will make his power known to his servants.

Brothers and sisters , let me boast only
of the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ . Through it, the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. It is not about circumcision or uncircumcision, but about being a new creation. To all who live by this rule of life, and to the Israel of God, peace and mercy. Therefore, let no one torment me, for I bear in my body the marks of the sufferings of Jesus. Brothers and sisters, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke 10:1-12, 17-20
At that time the Lord appointed seventy-two
disciples and sent them ahead of him in pairs to every town and place where he himself was going. He said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, ask the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest. Go your ways! I am sending you out like lambs among wolves. Do not carry purse, bag, or sandals, and do not greet anyone on the way. But whatever house you enter, first say, ‘Peace to this house.’ If someone who loves peace is there, your peace will rest on them; if not, it will return to you. Stay in that house, eating and drinking whatever is set before you, for the laborer deserves his wages. Do not move from house to house. Whatever town you enter and are welcomed, eat whatever is set before you.” Heal those who are sick there and say to them, 'The kingdom of God has come near to you.' But whatever town you enter and they do not welcome you, go out into its public squares and say, 'Even the dust of your town that clings to us we wipe off for you. Nevertheless, be sure that the kingdom of God has come near.' I tell you, it will be better for S***m on the last day than for that town."
The seventy-two disciples returned with joy,
saying,
“Lord, even the demons
submit to us in your name.”
Jesus said to them,
“I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.
Behold, I have given you authority
over serpents and scorpions
and over all the power of the enemy.
Nothing will be able to harm you at all.
However, do not rejoice
because the spirits submit to you,
but rejoice
because your names are written in heaven.”

« Voici que je dirige vers elle la paix comme un fleuve »
Lecture du livre du prophète Isaïe 66:10-14c
Réjouissez-vous avec Jérusalem !
Exultez en elle, vous tous qui l’aimez !
Avec elle, soyez pleins d’allégresse,
vous tous qui la pleuriez !
Alors, vous serez nourris de son lait,
rassasiés de ses consolations ;
alors, vous goûterez avec délices
à l’abondance de sa gloire.
Car le Seigneur le déclare :
« Voici que je dirige vers elle
la paix comme un fleuve
et, comme un torrent qui déborde,
la gloire des nations. »
Vous serez nourris, portés sur la hanche ;
vous serez choyés sur ses genoux.
Comme un enfant que sa mère console,
ainsi, je vous consolerai.
Oui, dans Jérusalem, vous serez consolés.
Vous verrez, votre cœur sera dans l’allégresse ;
et vos os revivront comme l’herbe reverdit.
Le Seigneur fera connaître sa puissance à ses serviteurs.

Acclamez Dieu, toute la terre ;

Venez et voyez les hauts faits de Dieu,

Deuxième lecture
« Je porte dans mon corps les marques des souffrances de Jésus »
Lecture de la lettre de saint Paul apôtre aux Galates 6, 14-18
Frères,
pour moi, que la croix de notre Seigneur Jésus Christ
reste ma seule fierté.
Par elle, le monde est crucifié pour moi,
et moi pour le monde.
Ce qui compte, ce n’est pas d’être circoncis ou incirconcis,
c’est d’être une création nouvelle.
Pour tous ceux qui marchent selon cette règle de vie
et pour l’Israël de Dieu,
paix et miséricorde.
Dès lors, que personne ne vienne me tourmenter,
car je porte dans mon corps
les marques des souffrances de Jésus.
Frères, que la grâce de notre Seigneur Jésus Christ
soit avec votre esprit. Amen.

Que dans vos cœurs, règne la paix du Christ ;
que la parole du Christ habite en vous
dans toute sa richesse.

En ce temps-là,
parmi les disciples,
le Seigneur en désigna encore 72,
et il les envoya deux par deux, en avant de lui,
en toute ville et localité
où lui-même allait se rendre.
Il leur dit :
« La moisson est abondante,
mais les ouvriers sont peu nombreux.
Priez donc le maître de la moisson
d’envoyer des ouvriers pour sa moisson.
Allez ! Voici que je vous envoie
comme des agneaux au milieu des loups.
Ne portez ni bourse, ni sac, ni sandales,
et ne saluez personne en chemin.
Mais dans toute maison où vous entrerez,
dites d’abord :
‘Paix à cette maison.’
S’il y a là un ami de la paix,
votre paix ira reposer sur lui ;
sinon, elle reviendra sur vous.
Restez dans cette maison,
mangeant et buvant ce que l’on vous sert ;
car l’ouvrier mérite son salaire.
Ne passez pas de maison en maison.
Dans toute ville où vous entrerez
et où vous serez accueillis,
mangez ce qui vous est présenté.
Guérissez les malades qui s’y trouvent
et dites-leur :
‘Le règne de Dieu s’est approché de vous.’ »
Mais dans toute ville où vous entrerez
et où vous ne serez pas accueillis,
allez sur les places et dites :
‘Même la poussière de votre ville, collée à nos pieds,
nous l’enlevons pour vous la laisser.
Toutefois, sachez-le :
le règne de Dieu s’est approché.’
Je vous le déclare :
au dernier jour,
S***me sera mieux traitée que cette ville. »
Les 72 disciples revinrent tout joyeux,
en disant :
« Seigneur, même les démons
nous sont soumis en ton nom. »
Jésus leur dit :
« Je regardais Satan tomber du ciel comme l’éclair.
Voici que je vous ai donné le pouvoir
d’écraser serpents et scorpions,
et sur toute la puissance de l’Ennemi :
absolument rien ne pourra vous nuire.
Toutefois, ne vous réjouissez pas
parce que les esprits vous sont soumis ;
mais réjouissez-vous
parce que vos noms se trouvent inscrits dans les cieux. »
