Pursuit of Purpose
Scripture: Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Dear friends,
In our journey through life, it is essential that we seek to discover and fulfill the purpose that God has destined for us. Just as the Bible verse from Jeremiah reminds us, God has a plan for each and every one of us, a plan that is full of hope, prosperity, and future.

Our pursuit of purpose should be guided by God's word and His promises. We are called to seek His will and follow His direction in order to fulfill the purpose that He has for us. It is not always an easy path, but with faith, perseverance, and trust in the Lord, we can overcome any obstacles that come our way.

As we embark on our pursuit of purpose, let us be reminded of the words of Psalm 138:8 - "The Lord will fulfill His purpose for me; your love, O Lord, endures forever - do not abandon the works of your hands." God's love for us is unending, and He will always be with us, guiding us and fulfilling His purpose in our lives.

May we continue to seek God's will, follow His direction, and pursue our purpose with faith and determination. Remember, the journey may be challenging, but the rewards of fulfilling God's purpose for us will be beyond measure.

TODAY'S TRUTH
As you go about your daily life, have you ever stopped to think about what you will be remembered for? Will it be your accomplishments, your wealth, or your possessions? While these things are important, there is something far more significant that we should strive to be remembered for: our faith and obedience to God.

In Hebrews 11:1, the Bible tells us that "faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." This verse reminds us that faith is at the core of our relationship with God. Our faith in Him is what will ultimately define our legacy and what we will be remembered for.

In James 2:26, we are told that "faith apart from works is dead." This verse emphasizes the importance of not only believing in God but also living out our faith through our actions. Our obedience to God's word and our willingness to serve Him and others are what will leave a lasting impact on those around us.

As you reflect on your life and the legacy you are building, remember the words of Proverbs 31:30, which declares that "Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised." Whether you are a man or a woman, what truly matters is your reverence for God and your commitment to following His ways.

So, as you consider what you will be remembered for, let it be your unwavering faith in God, your obedience to His commands, and your love for others. These are the qualities that will leave a lasting impact and ultimately define your legacy in the eyes of God and those around you.
