Yesterday evening our pilgrimage officially concluded before our journey home this morning.

After our closing mass, which was celebrated by Bishop Duignan, we processed with our pilgrimage candle past the grotto and across the river. The candle, along with four smaller candles remembering our dearly departed, was lit for the intentions of all of our pilgrims and for those who asked us to remember them while in Lourdes.

We want to thank all who were part of our 2023 pilgrimage and look forward to our return in 2024.

On Monday evening our Pilgrimage took part in the Blessed Sacrament Procession. Bishop Michael Duignan, Fr. Pat Conroy, Dr. Serena O'Connell and some of our pilgrims represented the diocese in the procession.
