Solkuwa Prayer Mountain Solkuwa Mountain is a 2,318 (6.685768070912719, 37.7053464048163) meters Mountain located in Wolaita Zonal State, Humbo-Tebela Woreda(county) .

This mountain is located 350km (220miles) to the south from the capital, Addis Ababa.

እኛ የኢትዮጵያ የወንጌል አማኞች እጅግ የምንወድህ ወንድማችን ዘማሪ ዶ/ር ደረጀ ከበደ ዝማሬዎችህን በሰማሁና አንተን ባሰብኩህ ቁጥር አይኖቼ በእንባ ይሞላሉ ። በቅርብ እንደሚያውቅህ ሰው እንሰፈሰፍልሃለሁ ከልቤም እጅግ እወድሃለሁ ። ጌታም የሰጠህ ዘመን ሳያልቅ ወደ ቤተ ክርስቲያን ተመልሰህ መክረኸን ገስጸኸን አስተምረኸን ወደ ጌታ እንድትሰበሰብ ምኞቴም ጸሎቴም ነው ። የምትወዱት ፍቅራችሁን ግለጡለት ። “እግዚአብሔርም ዓሣውን አዘዘው፥ እርሱም ዮናስን በየብስ ላይ ተፋው።”
ዮናስ 2፥11 እንደሚል ቅዱስ ቃሉ ጌታ እንደገና ዮናስ እንዲያገለግለው እድል እንደሰጠው አንተንም እንዲሰጥህ ጸሎቴ ነው ።

This page is created to help and promote this graceful prayer center at Solkuwa Mountain. The prayer mountain center was established nearly 10 years back by volunteer who have been working in World Vision Ethiopian Humbo Center and it has been serving believers all over Ethiopia since then. People came to this prayer mountain form different places to pray. So we want to promote this area to help others to share the Grace of God.
