የሲዳማ ባንክ አ.ማ. እና ፉራ የልማትና ጥናት ኢንስቲትዩት በጋራ የመስራት ስምምነት አድርገዋል:: የባንካችን ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ አቶ ታደሰ ሐጢያ ከኢንስቲትዪቱ ማኔጂንግ ዳይሬክተር አቶ ዮሐንስ ሙዳ ጋር ሰፊ ውይይት ያደረጉ ሲሆን አብሮ የመስራት እድሎችና ስትራቴጂዎች ላይ ትኩረት አድርገዋል:: ከውይይቱ በኃላ የባንካችን የዲስትሪክት እና የመምሪያ ኃላፊዎች ቡድን በጋራ በፉራ የልማት ምርምርና ትምህርት ልህቀት ማዕከል ጉብኝት አደረገ፡፡
ስለሆነም ተቋሙ የባንካችን የሰራተኞች የስልጠና ማእከል ሆኖ እንዲያገለግል ስምምነት ላይ በመደረሱ የሰራተኞች የአቅም ግንባታ ማዕከል ሆኖ አገልግሎት የሚሰጥ መሆኑ ተገልጿል፡፡

Sidama Bank S.C. CEO, H.E. Mr. Tadesse Hatiya along with district and departmental heads visited today the Furra Institute of Development Studies and Education. During the meeting with Managing Director of Furra Institute of Development Studies Institute Mr Yohannes Muda, Institute's leadership vowed to deepen the existing strategic relationships. As a key outcome of the visit, the two strategic alliances also reached an agreement to transform the Institute into a training hub for employees of the Bank, serving as a Center of Excellence for employee capacity building.
