*"I AM THE WAY AND THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH ME."*
Many people spend their lives trying to create a lasting legacy on earth. They want to be remembered when they're gone. Yet, what ultimately matters most will not be what others say about your life but what God says.

*"What people fail to realize is that all achievements are eventually surpassed, records are broken, reputations fade, and tributes are forgotten."*

Someone's goal in our school days was to become the school's tennis champion. He felt proud when his trophy was prominently placed in the school's trophy cabinet. Years later, someone mailed him that trophy. They had found it in a trashcan when the school was remodeled. "Given enough time, all your trophies and achievements will be trashed by someone else!"

*"Living to create an earthly legacy is a short-sighted goal. A wiser use of time is to build an eternal legacy."* You weren't put on earth to be remembered. You were put here to prepare for eternity.

One day you will stand before God and His Son, and He will do an audit of your life, a final exam, before you enter eternity. (Romans 14:10-12) *"So why do you condemn another believer? Why do you look down on another Royal Citizens? REMEMBER, WE WILL ALL STAND BEFORE THE JUDGMENT SEAT OF GOD. [11] For the Scriptures say, “‘AS SURELY AS I LIVE,’ SAYS THE LORD, ‘EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW TO ME, AND EVERY TONGUE WILL DECLARE ALLEGIANCE TO GOD.’” [12] Yes, each of us will give a personal account to God."*

Fortunately, God wants us to pass this test, so He has given us the questions in advance. From the Scripture we can surmise that God will ask us two crucial questions:

*"First, "What did you do with My Son, Christ Message? God won't ask about your religious background or doctrinal views. The only thing that will matter is, did you receive and accept the Kingdom message that Christ taught and did you learn the Kingdom principles and trust Him?

Second, "What did you do with the gift He gave you? What did you do with your life-all the gifts, talents, opportunities, energy, relationships, and resources God gave you? Did you spend them on yourself, or did you use them for the purposes God made you for?"*

Preparing you for these two questions is the goal why Christ came to earth. The first question will determine where you spend eternity. The second question will determine what you do in eternity. (John 17:8) *"FOR I HAVE GIVEN TO THEM THE WORDS WHICH YOU HAVE GIVEN ME; AND THEY HAVE RECEIVED THEM, and have known surely that I came forth from You; and they have believed that You sent Me."*

Stop Religion and Christianity are not from God, but man's idea! God did not give you Religion Christianity. Read what God said He gave you!

(Luke 12:32) *“Do not fear, little flock, FOR IT IS YOUR FATHER’S GOOD PLEASURE TO GIVE YOU THE KINGDOM."*

*TRANSFORMED BY TRUTH!*
"Abiding in God's Word of Truth."

(John 8:31-36)
*"Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “IF YOU ABIDE IN MY WORD, YOU ARE MY DISCIPLES INDEED. [32] And you SHALL KNOW THE TRUTH, AND THE TRUTH SHALL MAKE YOU FREE.” [33] They answered Him, “We are Abraham’s descendants, and have never been in bo***ge to anyone. How can You say, ‘You will be made free’?” [34] Jesus answered them, “I TELL YOU THE TRUTH, WHOEVER COMMITS SIN IS A SLAVE OF SIN. [35] AND A SLAVE DOES NOT ABIDE IN THE HOUSE FOREVER, BUT A SON ABIDES FOREVER. [36] Therefore if the Son makes you free, YOU SHALL BE FREE INDEED."*

There are more Bibles in print today than ever before, but a Bible on the shelf is worthless. Millions of followers are plagued with spiritual anorexia, starving to death from spiritual malnutrition, because of lack of Truth.

*"To be a healthy "disciple" learner of Christ Jesus, feeding on God's Word MUST be your first priority."* Christ Jesus called it "abiding." He said, "If you abide in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine." That means there is also a false or fake disciples, the charlatans who claims to be pastors for the sake of their belly.

*"You can't be a disciple without being a believer who abides to Christ teaching! If He has not taught about Christianity and your following Christian doctrines, your not His disciple. You can accept a gift, without receiving the gift!"*

*TRANSFORMED BY TRUTH!*
"I MUST ASSIMILATE God's TRUTH."

(Colossians 3:16-17)

*"LET THE [spoken] WORD OF CHRIST HAVE ITS HOME WITHIN YOU [dwelling in your heart and mind—permeating every aspect of your being] AS YOU TEACH [spiritual things] AND ADMONISH AND TRAIN ONE ANOTHER WITH ALL WISDOM, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs with thankfulness in your hearts to God. [17] WHATEVER YOU DO [no matter what it is] IN WORD OR DEED, DO EVERYTHING IN THE NAME OF THE LORD CHRIST JESUS [and in dependence on Him], giving thanks to God the Father through Him."*

The fourth way to abide in God's Word is by remembering it. *"Your capacity to "remember" is a God-given gift."* You may think you have a poor memory, but the truth is, you have millions of ideas, truths, facts, and figures memorized. You remember what is important to you. If God's Word is important, you will take the time to remember it.
There are enormous benefits to understanding the SCRIPTURES verses. It will help you resist temptation, make wise decisions, reduce stress, build confidence, offer good advice, and share your faith with others.

(Jeremiah 15:16)
*"WHEN YOUR WORDS CAME, I ATE THEM; they were my joy and my heart’s delight, for I bear your name, LORD God Almighty."*

(Psalms 119:11-15)
*"I HAVE HIDDEN YOUR WORD IN MY HEART THAT I MIGHT NOT REBEL (sin) AGAINST YOU. [12] Praise be to you, LORD; TEACH ME YOUR DECREES.[13] With my lips I recount all the laws that come from Your Mouth. [14] I REJOICE IN FOLLOWING YOUR STATUTES AS ONE REJOICES IN GREAT RICHES. [15] I MEDITATE ON YOUR PRECEPTS AND CONSIDER YOUR WAYS."*

Your memory is like a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it will become, and memorizing Scripture will become easier. (Psalms 119:36-37) *"Turn my heart TOWARD YOUR STATUTES AND NOT TOWARD SELFISH GAIN. [37] Turn my eyes away FROM WORTHLESS THINGS; preserve my life ACCORDING TO YOUR WORD."*

Remembering the word of God is worth more than anything the world can offer you. That is the only thing that can preserve your life.

Stop deceiving yourself!

"I MUST ASSIMILATE God's TRUTH."

(Psalms 119:97-104)
*"OH, HOW I LOVE YOUR LAW! I MEDITATE ON IT ALL DAY LONG. [98] Your commands are always with me and make me wiser than my enemies. [99] I HAVE MORE INSIGHT THAN ALL MY TEACHERS, FOR I MEDITATE ON YOUR STATUTES. [100] I HAVE MORE UNDERSTANDING THAN THE ELDERS, FOR I OBEY YOUR PRECEPTS. [101] I have kept my feet from every evil path so that I might obey Your Word. [102] I have not departed from Your laws, for you Yourself have taught me. [103] HOW SWEET ARE OUR WORDS TO MY TASTE, SWEETER THAN HONEY TO MY MOUTH! [104] I gain understanding from Your precepts; therefore I hate every wrong path."*

The fifth way to abide in God's Word is to reflect on it, which the Scripture calls "meditation." For many, the idea of meditating conjures up images of putting your mind in neutral and letting in wander.

This is the exact opposite of Scriptural meditation.
Meditation is focused thinking. It takes serious effort. You select a verse and reflect on it over and over in your mind.
"If you know how to worry, you already know how to meditate, Worry is focused thinking on something negative, Meditation is doing the same thing, only focusing on God's Word instead of your problem."

*"No other habit can do more to transform your life and make you more like Christ than daily reflection on Scripture."* As we take the time to contemplate God's Truth, seriously reflecting on the example of Christ. (2 Corinthians 3:18)
*"And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, ARE BEING TRANSFORMED INTO HIS IMAGE WITH EVER-INCREASING GLORY, WHICH COMES FROM THE LORD, WHO IS THE SPIRIT."*

If you look up all the times God speaks about meditation in the Scripture, you will be amazed at the benefits He has promised to those who take the time to reflect on His Word throughout the day.
(Joshua 1:8) *"Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; MEDITATE ON IT DAY AND NIGHT, SO THAT YOU MAY BE CAREFUL TO DO EVERYTHING WRITTEN IN IT. Then you will be prosperous and successful."*

One of the reasons God called David (Act 13:22) *"A MAN AFTER MY OWN HEART."* Is that David loved to reflect on God's Word. *"Serious reflection on God's TRUTH is a key to answered prayer and the secret to successful living."*

"I MUST APPLY God's PRINCIPLES TRUTH."

(James 1:19-25)
*"My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: EVERYONE SHOULD BE QUICK TO LISTEN, SLOW TO SPEAK AND SLOW TO BECOME ANGRY, [20] because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires. [21] Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and HUMBLY ACCEPT THE WORD PLANTED IN YOU, WHICH CAN SAVE YOU. [22] DO NOT MERELY LISTEN TO THE WORD, AND SO DECEIVED YOURSELVES. DO WHAT IT SAYS. [23] Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror [24] and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. [25] BUT THE MAN WHO LOOKS INTENTLY INTO THE PERFECT LAW THAT GIVES FREEDOM, AND CONTINUES IN IT—NOT FORGETTING WHAT HE HAS HEARD, BUT DOING IT—HE WILL BE BLESSED IN WHAT HE DOES."*

Blessings of God is not in physical success or achievements, but in obeying the (TRUTH) Word of God and His Son Christ and doing right! Standing for the TRUTH!

*"Applying principles (laws) is greater than acquiring knowledge and Understanding."* Receiving, reading, researching, remembering, and reflecting on the Word are all useless if we fail to put them into practice (doing).

*"We MUST become "doers of the Word"* This is the hardest step of all, because Satan fights it so intensely. He doesn't mind you going to your so called Bible studies, church or religious activities as long as you don't do anything with what you learn. He is comfortable with you!

*"The TRUTH will set you free, but first it may make you miserable!"*
We fool ourselves when we assume that just because we have heard or read or studied the Word, we have internalized it. Actually, you can be so busy going to the next class or seminar or Bible conference that you have no time to implement what you've learned. You forget it on the way to your next study.

Without implementation, all our called Bible studies and prayer meetings are worthless. Christ said, (Matthew 7:14) *"EVERYONE WHO HEARS THESE WORDS OF MINE AND PUTS THEM INTO PRACTICE IS LIKE A WISE MAN WHO BUILT HIS HOUSE ON THE ROCK."*

Common sense becomes very expensive, and turns you into a fool, when you do not apply the right Word (TRUTH) you learn from the Scriptural TRUTH right inside the Bible. The Bible is not Holy, but the Spoken Word of God in the Bible which is the Scriptures (TRUTH) is Holy!
