Yesterday we came together and made something truly powerful happen 💛

Over 145 local people in need were supported — including 66 children - the biggest month ever for the Food Drive Torre Del Mar!!

A huge thank you to you wonderful people who packed, donated food and money, collected items, delivered supplies, acted as collection points, shopped, or simply helped spread the word.
Every single action mattered so much!

You are making a real difference to people’s lives in our community — and none of this would be possible without your support.

Happy Resurrection Sunday everyone!

The stone is moved,
and something in us
can’t stay still.

He is risen.
He is risen indeed.

Not quietly contained,
not held in the dark,
not left where we thought
the story had ended.

Risen.

And the morning breaks open
like it’s been waiting for this,
light spilling over everything
we thought was finished.

We’d grown used to the silence,
to the weight of it,
to the slow settling of hope
into something smaller,
something safer.

But not anymore.

He is risen.
He is risen indeed.

And life comes rushing back,
not gentle,
not cautious,
but full,
overflowing,
impossible to ignore.

The God who is life
has broken through death,
not stepping around it,
not softening it,
but defeating it
from the inside out.

And everything changes.

Fear loosens.
Grief cracks open.
Hope breathes again
where we thought it had gone.

We are not who we were.

Because resurrection
doesn’t stay in the tomb,
it moves,
it reaches,
it calls us forward
into something new.

He is risen.
He is risen indeed.

And joy rises with Him,
not shallow,
not fleeting,
but deep,
steady,
alive.

The God who is faithful
has kept His promise.

The God who is love
has not let death have the final word.

And the world
is waking up to it.

So we lift our voices,
not because everything is easy,
not because all is already well,

but because life
has the final word now.

He is risen.
He is risen indeed.
