Welcome to the Chaplaincy of Ss Peter and Paul, Torrevieja in the Costa Blanca. We are under the pastoral and sacramental care of The Bishop of Richborough.

Weekly celebrations of the Holy Eucharist. Times of services are listed in the posts. Welcome to the Chaplaincy of Ss Peter and Paul, Torrevieja. We are part of the Diocese in Europe and the Archdeaconry of Gibraltar. Our Priest is Father Richard A. Seabrook SSC. As you will read on our history page we only officially gained status as a Chaplaincy in 2000 although there had been a Church presence

in the area for many years before that. Torrevieja is a thriving, cosmopolitan area with a huge amount of development going on which means that we not only have retired people living here but more and more younger families are settling in the area. We offer a warm welcome to people of all denominations to any of our services. The Holy Eucharist / Mass is celebrated weekly

Today was Father Richard's Birthday Bingo Bash! A fun afternoon and delicious afternoon tea. Thank you to Sue B, Joan and Sharon for organising it and to Sue M for the lovely birthday cake.

We raised 600 euros for the ministry of the Church here.

From Father Richard

Following on from the sad news of the death of Francis Edwards,
a Requiem Mass will be celebrated for him on Tuesday 23rd June at 1130 at La Siesta Church. I hope that, as the Church family of Francis, we can gather to give God thanks for his life and pray for the repose of his soul and pray also, in the hope of
eternal life that God bestows on us, that Francis will enjoy eternal peace and rest.

Please contact Sue Maude ([email protected]) if you can help with some refreshments afterwards.

I am hoping that those who knew Francis in the wider community, his friends, his neighbours may be able to attend.
