La Siesta Evangelical Church, Torrevieja

We are an ecumenical Open Welcoming and Affirming, English-speaking congregation living the gospel in Spain. Fray Angélico, 11, Torrevieja

Our church is an English-speaking congregation and we offer worship services on Sunday mornings. The 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month begin at 9:30AM and our 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays of the month begin at 11:15AM. Our Fellowship time is immediately following the worship service at the following restaurants:
1st and 3rd Sundays: Luz da Luna, Pl. Tolosa, 12, Torrevieja
2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays: Che Loco, C.

"The Blessing Of Leftovers" 2 August 2026
Sermon Summary.
When a large crowd follows Jesus to a deserted place, the disciples discover they have only 5 loves and 2 fish among them. Thousands are fed with a dozen basketfuls of leftovers. We ask what this abundance says about God, what to make of miracles when they come and when they do not, and what the baskets say to anyone who has ever felt like a leftover fragment.
