Seven hundred years before Bethlehem, God spoke through Isaiah.
Before Bethlehem—and before creation itself—the Son already was.
And God the Father named Him in advance:
“Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
This is not sentiment. This is revelation.

He is Wonderful Counselor because all wisdom is hidden in Him.
He does not give advice contaminated by bias, selfishness, or manipulation.
He needs no counselor Himself.
Before He saves, He counsels.
Before He heals, He exposes the truth.
No one else can do that.

He is Mighty God — EL.
The Child in the manger flung the galaxies into orbit.
The embryo in Mary’s womb governs the universe.
The Man on the cross is the Judge of the world.
This Jesus is not optional, tame, or symbolic.
He must be obeyed.

He is Everlasting Father — the Father of the age to come.
Founder of the new creation.
Founder of the new covenant.
Founder of a new family drawn from every nation.
Without Him there is no eternal life, no forgiveness, no heaven.

Isaiah 9:6 dismantles fuzzy Christianity.
This Child is not therapy, tolerance, or moral inspiration.
He is the Counselor who exposes sin.
God who demands surrender.
Father who grants eternal life.
Neutrality is not an option.

And yet—His final name is Prince of Peace.
Peace not through denial, but reconciliation.
Not sentiment, but submission.
Not escape, but redemption.
