Topic: Mockers of the Word.

📖 Jude 1 : 17 - 19.
17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. 📖

🗣 Who is a mocker? A mocker is some one that attacks or treats with ridicule, contempt or derision. So many, even inside the church, have become mockers of the word of God. When the word of God comes to them, they lack understanding and faith to receive it. They underrate the potency of God's word and instead of asking for understanding or just keeping quiet, they treat God's word with contempt. They redicule the word of God and stop others from obeying or believing the word, by their attack on the word. If you lack capacity to receive the word of God that comes to you, please leave it, rather than mock it. Remember what happened to the officer of the king in the days of Elisha who mockingly said: "If God should open the floodgates of heaven, it still won't be possible" (2 Kings 7:19). He died at the appearing of the miracle he mocked, and did not eat of it, just as the prophet prophesied. Remember Noah, the people mocked him, when he warned them of the flood, but were destroyed in the flood. Let's avoid destruction by not mocking the word of God. What about Elymas' encounter with Paul in Acts 13: 7-11? Elymas suffered blindness for mocking the word of God, and trying to stop another from believing the word of God. The word may not appeal to your senses; faith doesn't appeal to senses, don't mock it. Build up your spirit man. Stop feeding your flesh and you will not struggle with the word of God or mock it, when it comes to you. May God grant you understanding. Shalom! 📢

🙏🏼 Father, I thank You for Your word. Help me not to be a mocker of Your word. Build up my capacity in the realm of the spirit. Increase my faith, that I may receive Your word without struggling or mockery in Jesus Christ mighty name. 🗣 Amen! 🙏🏼

💝 REINO DE GRACIA DEVOCIONAL 💝

Tema: Burladores de la Palabra.

📖 Judas 1 : 17 - 19.
17 Pero, amados, recordad las palabras que antes dijeron los apóstoles de nuestro Señor Jesucristo;
18 que os advirtieron que en los últimos tiempos habría burladores que andarían según sus propios deseos impíos.
19 Estos son los que se separan, sensuales, sin tener el Espíritu. 📖

🗣 ¿Quién es un burlador? Un burlador es alguien que ataca o trata con burla, desprecio o mofa. Muchos, incluso dentro de la iglesia, se han convertido en burladores de la Palabra de Dios. Cuando la Palabra de Dios llega a ellos, carecen de entendimiento y fe para recibirla. Subestiman el poder de la palabra de Dios y, en lugar de pedir comprensión o simplemente guardar silencio, la tratan con desprecio. Ridiculizan la palabra de Dios e impiden que otros la obedezcan o crean en ella, atacándola. Si no tienes la capacidad de recibir la palabra de Dios que te llega, por favor, déjala, en lugar de burlarte de ella. Recuerda lo que le sucedió al oficial del rey en los días de Eliseo, quien dijo burlonamente: «Aunque Dios abriera las compuertas del cielo, aun así no sería posible» (2 Reyes 7:19). Murió al presenciar el milagro del que se burlaba, y no comió de él, tal como el profeta había profetizado. Recuerda a Noé: el pueblo se burló de él cuando les advirtió del diluvio, pero fueron destruidos por él. Evitemos la destrucción no burlándonos de la palabra de Dios. ¿Qué hay del encuentro de Elimas con Pablo en Hechos 13:7-11? Elimas quedó ciego por burlarse de la palabra de Dios e intentar impedir que otro creyera en ella. Puede que la palabra no te atraiga a los sentidos; la fe no se basa en los sentidos, no te burles de ella. Fortalece tu espíritu. Deja de alimentar tus deseos carnales y no tendrás problemas con la palabra de Dios ni te burlarás de ella cuando llegue a ti. Que Dios te conceda entendimiento. Shalom! 📢

🙏🏼 Padre, te doy gracias por tu palabra. Ayúdame a no burlarme de ella. Fortalece mi capacidad en el ámbito espiritual. Aumenta mi fe para que pueda recibir tu palabra sin lucha ni burla, en el poderoso nombre de Jesucristo. 🗣 Amén! 🙏🏼

📖 Philippians 3 : 13 - 15.
13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. 📖

🗣 Hallelujah! What a word! Paul in the wisdom of God, wrote this letter to the Philippians, because of the distraction in the Philippian church then. But, come to think of it, the contemporary church today is more distracted and many are in the church with ulterior motives rather than focusing on God in worship. They have turned church to a place of looking for boyfriend/girlfriend, gossip centre, fashion parade hall, business centre, worldly meeting, club, etc. The church was built for fellowship with God; an auditorium for the gathering of the Believers/Christians and not the other way round. Today, people see offences in church. Somebody will complain that the way a brother/sister looked at him or her was suspicious, this one shouted at them, that one stepped on their feet or someone laughed at them, etc. Beloved, when you go to church with the mindset of worshiping God and not man i.e when you focus on God by worshiping Him in truth & in spirit, you will not see all these distractions and you will surely have an encounter with God. Also you should know as a Christians, that there are levels, heights, and there are depths in our relationship with God. However you think you have gone in the Lord is not the end, you should press for more, because there are still grounds to cover, souls to be won, work to do for the Lord. Therefore, put aside all distractions and "I have arrived" syndrome and press for more because the truth is, until Jesus comes, our work is not done yet. So stop gloating in your past achievements and press for more. There are higher heights and greater depths of God, you can still reach. Shalom! 📢

🙏🏼 Dear Lord, I thank You for Your word. I pray You engulf me with the heart and spirit of a true worshipper, that I may have full encounter with You. Help me never to be satisfied with my level of walk with You, so I can press for more of You, know You more and serve You better, in Jesus Christ glorious name. 🗣 Amen! 🙏🏼

📖 Filipenses 3 : 13 - 15.
13 Hermanos, no pretendo haberlo ya alcanzado; pero una cosa hago: olvidando lo que queda atrás y extendiéndome a lo que está delante,
14 prosigo a la meta, al premio del supremo llamamiento de Dios en Cristo Jesús.
15 Así que, todos los que somos perfectos, tengamos este mismo sentir; y si en algo pensáis de otra manera, Dios también os lo revelará. 📖

🗣 ¡Aleluya! ¡Qué palabra! Pablo, en la sabiduría de Dios, escribió esta carta a los Filipenses debido a la distracción que había en la iglesia de Filipos en aquel entonces. Pero, pensándolo bien, la iglesia contemporánea está más distraída que nunca y muchos asisten con segundas intenciones en lugar de centrarse en Dios durante la adoración. Han convertido la iglesia en un lugar para buscar pareja, un centro de chismes, un desfile de modas, un centro de negocios, una reunión mundana, un club, etc. La iglesia fue construida para la comunión con Dios; un auditorio para la reunión de los creyentes/cristianos, y no al revés. Hoy en día, la gente ve ofensas en la iglesia. Alguien se quejará de que un hermano o hermana lo miró con recelo, que alguien le gritó, que otro le pisó el pie o que alguien se rió de él, etc. Amados, cuando van a la iglesia con la mentalidad de adorar a Dios y no a los hombres, es decir, cuando se centran en Dios adorándolo en verdad y en espíritu, no verán todas estas distracciones y seguramente tendrán un encuentro con Dios. Además, como cristianos, deben saber que hay niveles, alturas y profundidades en nuestra relación con Dios. Sin importar lo que creas que has avanzado en tu relación con el Señor, este no es el final. Debes esforzarte por más, porque aún hay camino por recorrer, almas por ganar y trabajo por hacer para el Señor. Por lo tanto, deja de lado las distracciones y la autocomplacencia, y esfuérzate por más, porque la verdad es que, hasta que Jesús regrese, nuestra obra no ha terminado. Así que deja de regodearte en tus logros pasados ​​y esfuérzate por más. Hay mayores alturas y mayores profundidades en Dios que aún puedes alcanzar. Shalom! 📢

🙏🏼 Amado Señor, te doy gracias por tu palabra. Te ruego que me llenes con el corazón y el espíritu de un verdadero adorador, para que pueda tener un encuentro pleno contigo. Topic: The Balm in Gilead.

📖 Psalm 30 : 1 - 3.
1 I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
2 O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
3 O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. 📖

🗣 With the technological advancement in the medical field, one is tempted to trust in doctors rather than God. It is not wrong to see a doctor, but so many people only remember that God is still in the healing business, when doctors fail. This should not be so considering what God did for the Israelites in the wilderness. They enjoyed 40 years of no sickness (Psalm 105:43), and considering the potency of the stripes of Jesus by which we were healed (Isaiah 53:5). God wants us to still trust Him for our health today. That's why He asks in Jeremiah 8:22, if there is no more balm in Gilead, because the healing balm has never stopped working. You can still enjoy a life of health and vitality, but if the devil ever throws any sickness at you, remember to go to God first, like the psalmist in our main scripture, rather than the doctor. Doctors can make mistakes but God will make you whole if you can just stir up your faith (Luke 8:43-48). Even the doctors know that they can only treat, but God is the healer. Don't live your life on drugs, but on God and His Word. God is still in the healing business, just stir up your faith. Shalom! 📢

🙏🏼 Thank You my Father, my healer, for your healing virtue that is still at work. I believe, Lord that because of this I am healed right now from all sicknesses. I am made whole right now and I am enjoying divine health and vitality, in Jesus Christ mighty name. 🗣 Amen! 🙏🏼

Tema: El bálsamo en Galaad.

📖 Salmo 30 : 1 - 3.
1 Te alabaré, oh Jehová, porque me has levantado, y no has permitido que mis enemigos se alegren sobre mí.
2 Oh Jehová, Dios mío, a ti clamé, y me sanaste.
3 Oh Jehová, sacaste mi alma del sepulcro; me has dado vida, para que no descienda al abismo. 📖

🗣 Con los avances tecnológicos en el campo de la medicina, uno se siente tentado a confiar en los médicos en lugar de en Dios. No está mal consultar a un médico, pero muchas personas solo recuerdan que Dios sigue sanando cuando los médicos fallan. Esto no debería ser así, considerando lo que Dios hizo por los israelitas en el desierto. Disfrutaron de cuarenta años sin enfermedad (Salmo 105:43), y considerando el poder de las llagas de Jesús por las cuales fuimos sanados (Isaías 53:5). Dios quiere que sigamos confiando en Él para nuestra salud hoy. Por eso pregunta en Jeremías 8:22 si ya no hay bálsamo en Galaad, porque el bálsamo sanador nunca ha dejado de funcionar. Aún puedes disfrutar de una vida de salud y vitalidad, pero si el diablo alguna vez te envía alguna enfermedad, recuerda acudir primero a Dios, como el salmista en nuestro pasaje bíblico principal, en lugar de al médico. Los médicos pueden cometer errores, pero Dios te sanará si tan solo fortaleces tu fe (Lucas 8:43-48). Incluso los médicos saben que solo pueden tratar, pero Dios es el sanador. No vivas tu vida con medicamentos, sino con Dios y su Palabra. Dios sigue sanando; solo fortalece tu fe. Shalom! 📢

🙏🏼 Gracias, Padre mío, mi sanador, por tu poder sanador que sigue obrando. Creo, Señor, que gracias a esto estoy ahora mismo libre de toda enfermedad. Estoy completamente sano y gozo de salud y vitalidad divinas, en el poderoso nombre de Jesucristo. 🗣 Amén! 🙏🏼

Topic: His Fellow Laborers.

📖 Philippians 4 : 3.
3 And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life. 📖

🗣 Life is full of labour, yoke, burdens. The fact that you are a christian does not exempt you from these. Jesus says in John 16:33, that in this world, we will have troubles, but He also encourages us not to let this steal our peace because He has overcome the world. This means that He has deprived the troubles in the world the ability to swallow us up, rather it will make us strong and move us into higher levels of faith. He also says in Matthew 11:28-30, to take His yoke for it is easy, unlike that of the world that is very heavy. His burden also is light and therefore, cannot weigh us down. We are His co labourers but our labour tends to rest (rewards, peace and life eternal). The labour of the world is the labour of fools that wears one out because they do not believe in God (Psalm 14:1). They get weary, faint and end up in destruction (Ecclesiastes 10:15) because they do not know the way: which is Jesus (John 14:6). If a man, Apostle Paul, can care so much about his fellow labourers in the main scripture of today, how much more God. Jesus calls us to labour with Him today and He has not called us to seek Him in vain (1Timothy 5:18). He will surely reward us. What labour has He called us to?
1 - The labour of soul winning (Matthew 9:37).
2 - The labour of holiness (Romans 12:1).
3 - The labour of prayers and intercession (Matthew 9:38, James 5:16, 1 Thessalonians 5:17).
4 - The labour of love (Hebrews 6:10, Luke 10:27).
We must labour, like Jesus and the Saints who have gone ahead of us, to win the prize set before us. Shalom! 📢

🙏🏼 Thank You Father for the privilege to be a co labourer with Christ. Help me not to faint in my labour with You so I can attain the glory that awaits me, in Jesus Christ powerful name. 🗣 Amen 🙏🏼

📖 Filipenses 4 : 3
3 Te ruego también, fiel compañero, que ayudes a estas mujeres que trabajaron conmigo en el evangelio, junto con Clemente y con mis otros colaboradores, cuyos nombres están escritos en el libro de la vida. 📖

🗣 La vida está llena de trabajo, cargas y dificultades. Ser cristiano no te exime de ellas. Jesús dice en Juan 16:33 que en este mundo tendremos aflicciones, pero también nos anima a no dejar que esto nos robe la paz, porque Él ha vencido al mundo. Esto significa que ha impedido que las dificultades del mundo nos destruyan; al contrario, nos fortalecerán y nos llevarán a niveles más altos de fe. También dice en Mateo 11:28-30 que debemos tomar su yugo, pues es fácil, a diferencia del del mundo, que es muy pesado. Su carga también es ligera y, por lo tanto, no puede agobiarnos. Somos sus colaboradores, pero nuestro trabajo tiende a tener recompensa (paz y vida eterna). El trabajo del mundo es el trabajo de los necios, que los agota porque no creen en Dios (Salmo 14:1). Se cansan, desfallecen y terminan destruidos (Eclesiastés 10:15) porque no conocen el camino: que es Jesús (Juan 14:6). Si un hombre, el apóstol Pablo, se preocupa tanto por sus compañeros de trabajo en el pasaje bíblico principal de hoy, ¡cuánto más Dios! Jesús nos llama a trabajar con él hoy y no nos ha llamado a buscarlo en vano (1 Timoteo 5:18). Sin duda nos recompensará. ¿A qué trabajo nos ha llamado?
1 - El trabajo de ganar almas (Mateo 9:37).
2 - La labor de la santidad (Romanos 12:1).
3 - La labor de la oración y la intercesión (Mateo 9:38, Santiago 5:16, 1 Tesalonicenses 5:17).
4 - La labor del amor (Hebreos 6:10, Lucas 10:27).
Debemos trabajar, como Jesús y los santos que nos precedieron, para ganar el premio que nos espera. Shalom! 📢

🙏🏼 Gracias, Padre, por el privilegio de ser colaborador de Cristo. Ayúdame a no desfallecer en mi labor contigo para que pueda alcanzar la gloria que me espera, en el poderoso nombre de Jesucristo. 🗣 Amén 🙏🏼

📖 Nehemiah 5 : 14 - 16.
14 Moreover from the time that I was appointed to be their governor in the land of Judah, from the twentieth year even unto the two and thirtieth year of Artaxerxes the king, that is, twelve years, I and my brethren have not eaten the bread of the governor.
15 But the former governors that had been before me were chargeable unto the people, and had taken of them bread and wine, beside forty shekels of silver; yea, even their servants bare rule over the people: but so did not I, because of the fear of God.
16 Yea, also I continued in the work of this wall, neither bought we any land: and all my servants were gathered thither unto the work. 📖

🗣 Nigeria as a nation, for example, is suffering hardship today because of selfish leaders whose personal allocations are big enough to feed the nation. Politics has also become a dirty game because of their greed for these allocations. Nehemiah was a governor in his days and even though he was entitled to allocations, gave them up so as to alleviate the poverty of the people he was governing, yet he continued diligently in the good work of building the wall and not even acquiring any property or wealth for himself. This is selfless service, and this is how God wants us to serve wherever we find ourselves, whether as leaders or as members serving in the various units in the church or even in our circular jobs, as Christians. Whatever we do should be as unto the Lord, not seeking our own gain (Ephesians 6:7). We should learn to consider others rather than ourselves. Learn to make sacrifices for others' benefit. Learn to give of ourselves even as Christ gave Himself for us (1 John 3:16). This is true Christianity, and love in practice, not in words. May God grant you understanding. Shalom!

🙏 Thank You Almighty Father for Your word. I pray for grace to render selfless service to You and to mankind that I may receive an everlasting reward in Jesus Christ mighty name. 🗣 Amen! 🙏

💝 REINO DE GRACIA DEVOCIONAL 💝

📖 Nehemías 5 : 14 - 16.
14 Desde que fui nombrado gobernador de Judá, desde el año veinte hasta el año treinta y dos del rey Artajerjes, es decir, doce años, ni yo ni mis hermanos comimos el pan del gobernador.
15 Los gobernadores anteriores a mí eran responsables ante el pueblo y recibían de ellos pan y vino, además de cuarenta siclos de plata; incluso sus siervos gobernaban al pueblo; pero yo no, por temor a Dios.
16 Y yo seguí trabajando en la construcción de esta muralla, sin comprar tierras; y todos mis siervos se reunieron allí para la obra. 📖

🗣 Nigeria, por ejemplo, sufre hoy penurias debido a líderes egoístas cuyas asignaciones personales son suficientes para alimentar a toda la nación. La política se ha convertido en un juego sucio debido a su codicia por estas asignaciones. Nehemías fue gobernador en su época y, aunque tenía derecho a recibir asignaciones, las renunció para aliviar la pobreza de su pueblo. Sin embargo, continuó diligentemente con la buena obra de construir la muralla, sin adquirir ninguna propiedad ni riqueza para sí mismo. Este es un servicio desinteresado, y así es como Dios quiere que sirvamos dondequiera que estemos, ya sea como líderes, como miembros de las diversas unidades de la iglesia o incluso en nuestros trabajos habituales como cristianos. Todo lo que hagamos debe ser para el Señor, sin buscar nuestro propio beneficio (Efesios 6:7). Debemos aprender a considerar a los demás antes que a nosotros mismos. Aprendamos a hacer sacrificios por el bien de los demás. Aprendamos a entregarnos como Cristo se entregó por nosotros (1 Juan 3:16). Este es el verdadero cristianismo, amor en la práctica, no solo en palabras. Que Dios les conceda entendimiento. Shalom! 📢

🙏 Gracias, Padre Todopoderoso, por tu palabra. Te pido la gracia de servirte con abnegación a ti y a la humanidad, para recibir una recompensa eterna en el poderoso nombre de Jesucristo. 🗣 Amén! 🙏
