BEWARE!
There is a phishing scam doing the rounds where you receive a message supposedly from Facebook saying that you have a copyright problem, or that the page is not meeting the new FB Meta standards.
Then they say 'please click on this link' to rectify it and blah blah. DO NOT click on the link! It enables the scammer to steal the page & all your personal info.
I just got two such messages re the Community Without Walls page. They look authentic but the Holy Spirit isn't fooled & set off alarm bells.
A security check confirmed my suspicions, so please be aware.

We're opening up the second season of our Crafts Group, & I posted an invitation on a local forum.
Wow! What a fabulous response! - & from fabulous sounding people.
Lots of interest, different crafts mentioned, help offered - & the common thread of looking forward to the fellowship.
Now it's down to the organisation & practical issues.
Heather, who heads this up, is away for two weeks, so it's on my plate till then.

One more week until Bible Group re-groups, and we meet on April 22nd :)

We meet on Fridays at the church building at 5.00 pm for an hour (more or less). Unashamedly Bible centered, we get right into a teaching, followed by friendly interaction and coffee.

ALL are welcome - just turn up :) C/Arrabal 20, Albox - just across the street from the Medical Centre.

The Church Without Walls is affected by the electricity cuts on Wednesday 23 March so there is NO meeting.

Like many, many others we have contributed food, bedding, and clothing, and are investigating the possibilities in hosting families.

THE NEXT STEPS
- In a time of crisis, meeting spiritual needs is essential to wellbeing. There may be people among the arriving refugees who are christians and church-goers..

We are part of an international church network of over 800 churches, entrusted with this bi-lingual evangelical church right here in Albox.

- As a church we have offered a gathering place and a welcoming community for anyone who wishes to come together to pray, to worship, and to be among fellow believers.

The church is well set up with technology, and we will be able to access and share songs and messages in Ukranian. We will seek out translators if they are needed.
