I want to show you a little clip I found on YouTube. This is Jeff Martin, singer and guitarist of the Canadian band The Tea Party and Wayne P. Sheehy, percussionist and drummer from the Irish band Hot House Flowers. I told a little story last Monday about how I met my idol Jeff Martin in Ireland in the period he had left his band to refind himself in Ireland. I toured with him in Ireland, Holland, Germany, Norway. We did 2 tours, in 2007 and 2008 and a few gigs in 2009. This is where he performs the song Halleluja in the venue Patronaat Haarlem, where I booked him. Just to give an impression of what he looks like and how he can sing ...

There will be a fundraising event on March 13th to raise money for BARC, Busot Animal Rescue Concern. Due to the last few storms, a lot of damage has been done to the animal shelter, the storage sheds, the fencing etc. BARC exists only by sponsors and donations and normally already struggle with the utility and vet bills. This damage needs to be repaired, mostly done by volunteers, but the cost of materials is high. So please come to this musical evening to donate some money in entrance fee and raffle tickets. Thanks in advance.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Centre is closed on Monday March 9th, so we had to cancel our service. We will reschedule Marion Parmenter to a later date. Sorry for any inconvenience.
