Thinking back on yesterday…

I heard “Happy Easter” more times than I could count.
Even from Christians.

And I understand. It’s what we’ve always said.

But if I’m being honest…
it made me pause.

Because today wasn’t about Easter.
It was about the resurrection.

The day Jesus defeated death.
The day the stone was rolled away.
The day everything changed.

And yet, somehow, it’s so easy for us to reduce it to a phrase, a tradition, a moment.

But this is personal for me.

Because I know who I was.
And I know I didn’t deserve any of it.

I didn’t earn His grace.
I didn’t go looking for Him.

He left His throne to find me.

That’s how good He is.
That’s how much mercy He carries.

Not because I deserved it…
but because that’s who He is.

So no, it’s not just “Happy Easter.”

It’s Resurrection Day.

And that truth should change everything.

Yesterday new life lesson...
Saturday a Story On The civilized market...
A lady asks an old salesman:
"How much do you sell your eggs for?"...
The old salesman replies:
“4.50LE an egg, madam”...
The Lady says:
"I'm going to take 6 eggs for 25LE or I'm leaving"...
The old salesman replies:
“Buy them at the price you want, madam. It's a good start for me because I haven't sold a single egg today and I need that to live."
She bought her eggs at a bargain price and left with the feeling that she had won...
She got into her fancy car and went to a fancy restaurant with her friend...
She and her friend ordered whatever they wanted. They ate a little and left a lot of what they asked for...
So they paid the bill, which was 350 LE. The ladies gave 400 LE and told the owner of the fancy restaurant to keep the change as a tip...
This story might seem quite normal for the owner of the luxury restaurant, but very unfair for the egg seller...
The question this brings is...
Why do we always need to show that we have power when we buy from the needy?
And why are we generous with those who don't even need our generosity?
"My Mom used to buy goods from poor people at high prices, even though she didn't need those things"...
Sometimes she paid more for them...
I was amazed...
One day I asked Her "why are you doing this mom ?"...
Then my mom replied:
It is charity wrapped in dignity...

لانبا بافلي ... بيقول كلام مهم جدا
✨ عشان تقدر تعيش جو السماويات
لازم تفهم وصايا المسيح.
ساعتها ممكن تعيش وأنت مرتفع عن زمنك ⏳⬆️
📖 الكتاب يقول:
«يصمت العاقل في هذا الزمان، لأنه زمان رديء».
الزمن فعلاً صعب…
والأيام اللي إحنا فيها مش سهلة.
🌍 إحنا اتولدنا في وقت
ربنا سمح إننا نشوف فيه أوقات صعبة جدًا في العالم.
الجيل اللي فات
كانوا عايشين هدوء أكتر
والحياة كانت أبسط شوية.
🤔
فإحنا بقى جيل إيه؟
جيل محظوظ؟
ولا منكوب؟
⏰ الحقيقة إننا
الجيل اللي بيشوف الأيام الأخيرة
وعشان كده الجيل ده
محتاج يفهم وصايا المسيح أكتر من أي وقت فات ✝️
⚠️ ما تتفاجئش باللي بيحصل في العالم
المسيح قال لنا:
«أنا قد أخبرتكم»
أنا قلت لكم…
بس المشكلة إننا ساعات ما بنخدش بالنا 👂
🌟 النفس المستنيرة
اللي باصة على الأبدية ♾️
فاهمة اللي بيحصل
مش متلخبطة
ومش متفاجئة
🤍
اللي عايش مع المسيح
فاهم الزمن
بس مش متسجن فيه
عايش في الأرض…

ايه سبب وجود المسيحية لحد دلوقتي؟ 🤔🥰

بيقول الأنبا مقار:

إحنا عايشين في البلد دي من سنين طويلة، من بداية دخول المسيحية.
والمسيحية موجودة في مصر لأنها كانت من أوائل البلاد اللي آمنت بالمسيح.
وعشان كده هتفضل موجودة لحد دلوقتي وهتستمر.

إحنا منقوشين على كف ربنا.
هو اللي ينصّب ملوك ويعزل ملوك.
ربنا هو ملك الملوك، وهو اللي ماسك التاريخ كله.
عجلة التاريخ بتلف، ناس تطلع وناس تنزل،
لكن إحنا لينا إله قوي،
إله لا يموت.
