Feast (Tabernacles) Reminder

Peace be with you all brothers and sisters in Yache Christ!

Just a friendly reminder that the feast of Tabernacles is coming up this weekend! The feast is a 8 day feast. The 1st and 8th day are holy convocations wherein we do no servile work (pertaining to business) but we cook, feast and rejoice before our Alahayim. Though we do not have holy convocations on all 8 days, all 8 days are days of joy. The 1st day (holy convocation) of the feast starts Saturday 9/12/2026 when the night comes in and ends Sunday 9/13/2026 when night comes in. Day 2-6 are also days of rejoicing, but not holy convocations that prohibit servile work (business affairs). The 7th day is the sabbath, a day of rejoicing as well wherein no work may be done. On the other hand, we have a holy convocation again on the 8th day of the feast. The 8th day (holy convocation) starts Saturday 9/19/2026 when the night comes in and ends Sunday 9/20/2026 when night comes in. We do no work on the 1st, 7th and 8th day pertaining to business, so make your prayers unto Alahayim and request the time off from work for those respective days.

Tabernacles/Booths/Tents:
We build our tent(s) on the first day of the feast. During the first 7 days of the feast, we dwell in booths (tents), but not on the 8th day of the feast. Also, when dwelling in our booths, we set wreaths upon our heads.

Feast Day provisions:
Please make provisions for the feasts before Friday night comes and in respect of the law.

Feast of New Moon & Trumpets Notification

Peace be upon you family,

Just a friendly reminder that the feast of New Moon (Fall) is coming this Sabbath. It’s a holy convocation as well wherein no work (business) may be done and we may cook. It starts Friday 8/28/2026 when the night comes in and ends Saturday 8/29/2026 when night comes in. After the New Moon Feast, that Saturday night begins the Feast of Blowing of Trumpets! The Feast of Trumpets lasts from Saturday night until Sunday 8/30/26 when night comes in.
