In the RANK OF GRAND MARSHAL BRIGADIER GENERAL.

The USA General Command confers this recognition to the military merit, Worthy Emancipator by promoting and Ordering the 1st promotion of Chaplains on July 29, 2014 in the City of Lima in the Republic of Peru on behalf as Chaplain of ACECE.

In such virtue, the merits honors and cause will be recognized and her distinctive medal will be delivered to her Lady Daughter EMMA ARANDA VALENZUELA, In the next ceremony that she will be invited to receive, deign to provide as secretary and present the funeral honors her fair tribute.

To the Honorable Association of Chaplains of Peru to its General Command and National Board of Directors.

The funeral chapel is built in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho, sector Canto Grande Height, whereabouts 9 Jirón Los Lirios street #182.

The remains of her body will be buried on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.
