BATHHOUSE!!

Look what we did! From a single public toilet for years, to five stalls and five showers! This is actually such an unbelievable achievement for us.

We thank God and everyone who participated through labor, finances and prayer.

While it is still technically not fully completed (electric) it is officially usable! Now we look forwards to our next project. Maybe the men’s bathhouse?

God is good!

GOD IS GOOD!

We now have a vehicle specifically for kitchen runs! This will be more economical and more freeing for those in the kitchen and those who need the other cars for things. We have wanted one of these for a while.

(This post is a bit late)

Hello hello, the storm is nearly past us now and we are unharmed here at YWAM Azua. Other than the occasional inability to cross the river to our facility, we have had nearly no issues except a few days of no labor due to rain.

Our boathouse project is about half way done now and the fun parts will soon begin.

A hot days labor made easy!!

Typically we trim brushes with a machete here in the DR. But recently we were gifted a hedge trimmer and we are LOVING it! Labor that would take 2 hours and lots of physical strain, is now half an hour and almost no strain.

Often it’s not the financial support we need but tools. The financial donations are usually dedicated to specific projects or ministries if they are not then they go to priority base expenses.

Gifts like this are often overlooked but are such a blessing! This facility is a blessing from God for his children. Just as much as ministry, it is our responsibility to care for and maintain it.
