*Always Growing And Fruitful*

📖 *_"Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him... he became very prosperous" (Genesis 26:12-13)._*

As God's beloved child, His blessing works in your life everywhere you go. That means no matter where you are or what is happening around you, God's desire is for you to grow and succeed. He has chosen you to be fruitful at all times.

Just like Isaac, who planted seeds during a tough time and received a great harvest, God can bless you even when things look difficult (Genesis 26:12).

So, for you to enjoy God's blessing every day, you must study God's Word and meditate on it every day. The Bible says that as you do so, you become like a tree planted by the water; always growing and always bearing fruit (Psalm 1:3). This is God's plan for your life.

*📚 Scripture Reading -* Psalm 92:12-14 *||* *_"[12] The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. [13] Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. [14] They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing."_* *||*

*Say This*

*I'm blessed and empowered by the Lord; therefore, nothing can stop my progress. I'm growing, increasing, and doing well by the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen!*

*THE GOSPEL MISSION BEFORE THE LORD'S RETURN*
*(God's End-Time Plan)*

📖 *_TO THE BIBLE - Matthew 24:14_*
*_"And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come."_*

*_LET'S TALK ⏩_*

The message of Christ's salvation is God's answer to the darkness in the world. It's our responsibility as young people to make sure everyone hears it before Jesus comes back. The Lord said the Gospel would be preached in all the world for a witness, and then the end would come. This means the timeline of history was so destined that the Church should finish the work. You're part of the generation chosen to wrap up the ages. Don't just watch from the sidelines. Participate actively through intercessory prayer, strategic involvement in Gospel initiatives, financial partnership, and bold witnessing. The Spirit of God has equipped you to reach your world.

Acts 1:8 declares, *_"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."_* Remember, this mission is urgent, and the Spirit has chosen you to be part of it. The mandate and urgency of the Spirit is clear; God wants all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth that there's only one God and one mediator between God and mankind, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a random for all humanity (1 Timothy 2:5-6).

He's the answer to every problem, the solution to the pain, misery, decay, and disease in the world. He's the Life-giver. He's the true God and eternal life: *_"And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know him who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life"_* (1 John 5:20). Even as teens, we can make things real---through our words, our actions, and sharing Jesus with the people around us.

*_📚 Go Deeper_*

Mark 16:15 *||* *_"And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature."_* *||*

Romans 1:16 *||* *_"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek."_* *||*

Matthew 28:19-20 *||* *_"[19] Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: [20] Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen."_* *||*

*_📢 Pray_*

*Dear Father, thank you for committing to me the responsibility of the Gospel. Help me, even as a teenager, to reach my friends, schoolmates, and community with the message of Christ's love, power, and righteousness. I'm empowered by your Spirit to reach my world with the message of Christ's love, power, and righteousness. Through us, your grace and truth are made known everywhere and prevail in every nation, in Jesus' Name. Amen.*

*THE FLESH HAS BEEN CRUCIFIED*

📖 *_"And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts" (Galatians 5:24)._*

There exists a common misconception among many that the flesh must continually be *"crushed"* or subdued through repeated struggle and effort. But the Scripture presents a different reality: the Christian has already crucified the flesh.

The *Complete Jewish Bible* renders our opening scripture beautifully; it says, *_"Moreover, those who belong to the Messiah Yeshua have put their old nature to death on the stake, along with its passions and desires."_* This is not a process but an accomplished reality: your old nature is dead: *_"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new"_* (2 Corinthians 5:17).

The reason many still struggle with the flesh is simple: they attempt to achieve what has already been accomplished, applying effort where understanding is required. The more they strive, the more they become subject to the very thing they're trying to overcome. That's not how it works. Live in the Word. Accept what the Word says about you.

Even the works of the flesh listed in Galatians 5:19-21 are not attributed to demons but to the flesh itself, indicating that the issue is not external but internal. Understand that this doesn't place the Christian in a position of disadvantage, because the solution is not found in suppression but in substitution: *_"...walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh"_* (Galatians 5:16).

The emphasis is not on eliminating the works of the flesh but on living in the Spirit and by the Spirit, walking in the light and reality of God's Word. As you walk in the Spirit, the life of the Spirit is manifested in you and through you, and the influence of the flesh is displaced. It helps to understand why the Bible says *_"...Sin shall not have dominion over you..."_* (Romans 6:14).

*PRAYER*

*Dear Father, thank you for the substitutionary work of Christ that has translated me from death to life, sin to righteousness, and from darkness to light. I walk in the Spirit and live in the reality of my new nature, manifesting the life of righteousness and dominion, today and always, in Jesus' Name. Amen.*

*FURTHER STUDY:*

Galatians 5:16, 24 NIV *||* *_"[16] So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. [24] Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires."_* *||*

Romans 8:12-13 *||* *_"[12] Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. [13] For if you live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live."_* *||*

See From Your Spirit

2 Corinthians 4:18
While we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

God wants you to also see with the eyes of your spirit, not just with your physical eyes. Seeing by the Spirit means seeing the way God sees. It is choosing to believe what God's Word says rather than what your eyes see around you.

That's exactly what Prophet Elisha did in the Bible. When the Syrian army surrounded the city where he was staying, he was calm because he saw in the spirit that those who were with him. were more than the army. And with that, he won against them (2 Kings 6:16-18).

God's Word helps you see beyond fear or any challenge. It shows you who you are in Christ: strong, loved, and victorious.

So, spend time studying God's Word; it'll not only show you who you are in Christ, but also help you grow your faith to face any difficult task boldly.

Scripture Reading- 2 Peter 1:3

Say This

God's Word is alive and at work in me; therefore, I walk in divine health. I'm strong, wise, and I grow better every day, and full of faith. Glory to God!

PRAY ALWAYS!
(The Power of Intercession)

TO THE BIBLE - 1 Timothy 2:1
Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men.

LET’S TALK
Prayer, usually, is the response to the impression of the Spirit in our hearts. Sometimes, it’s when God reminds you about a friend, a classmate, or a family member who needs help. It can also be a response to the impression the circumstances of other people make upon our hearts, which makes us decide we want to cause a change. I remember the testimony of a young girl who was severely physically disabled and bedridden due to juvenile arthritis. She could only move around in a wheelchair, and the only part of her body she could move was her neck, as the disease had stiffened her whole body.

She was taken to a miracle service, and while in that meeting, she wept and called on the Lord to help her. Some
others saw her and began to pray for her too. As they interceded for her, she told the lady beside her she wanted to get up. Though her hands and legs felt heavy and painful, she managed to stand up. As others prayed for her, the lady encouraged her and said,“Don’t worry, go ahead and move your hands and legs. The Lord has healed you.”

Although it was difficult for her to move, she was encouraged by the faith of everyone present and took her first step. They all erupted in thanks and praise to the Lord as she took another step, and then another one, and right before their eyes she began to run around the room! That happened just because those Christians around her were moved to pray for her. They weren’t moved by pity but by compassion.

There’s so much we can do and change in the lives of others if we’d only intercede for them. Your prayers can change what seems impossible in the lives of your friends and family. The Bible says of the Lord Jesus that He is touched with the feeling of our infirmities (Hebrews 4:15).Let the plight of the poor, the sick and the downtrodden move you to intercede for them and cause a change in their lives.

Prayer

Father, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I pray today for all who are suffering, especially your children who are sick, displaced, hurting or experiencing any form of pain, that by your Spirit, and through the ministry of angels, help, succour and comfort will come to them. Use me to be a blessing and a prayer partner to those around me. I pray that the faith, courage and strength they need to come out victorious be ministered to them in Jesus'Name. Amen.

PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD.

SATURDAY JUNE 13 2026

🟥 *HE BROUGHT US OUT TO BRING US IN*

> And he brought us out from thence, that he might bring us in, to give us the land which he sware unto our fathers (Deuteronomy 6:23).

There’s always divine intentionality behind God’s actions. When He brought the children of Israel out of Egypt, it wasn’t to abandon them in the wilderness. The exodus or “coming out” of Egypt was never the end goal; it was the pathway to their inheritance. The “bringing in” was the ultimate purpose. His purpose for bringing them out was to take them in!

This foreshadows what God accomplished for you in Christ Jesus. Salvation is far more than deliverance from sin; it’s the entrance into righteousness. It’s induction into liberty and dominion. Colossians 1:12-13 says, “Giving thanks unto the Father…Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son.”

Notice He didn’t bring you out of darkness and leave you at the mercy of Satan and the circumstances of life; rather, He brought you into His marvelous light, into a life of ever-increasing glory and unending victories. So, it’s not enough to celebrate that He brought you out of sin or out of darkness; the real deal is where He brought you into, where you are now.

He brought you out of pain, sickness, disease and infirmities that He might bring you into health. He brought you out of poverty that He might bring you into wealth. In Acts 26:17-18, we see this divine pattern again; it says, “Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, to open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God….”

He emphasizes the transition into something higher, a divine relocation. He’s brought you into Himself; you’re in Him now. You live in the realm of divine authority, love, glory and power. Therefore, reign and rule in righteousness, dominating the forces of this world. Blessed be God!

PRAYER / CONFESSION

I live in righteousness, health, abundance, wisdom and dominion. I’m in Christ, and I’ve embraced my inheritance in Him. I reign in life, fully aware of my translation into the Kingdom of God’s Love-Son. Thank you heavenly Father, for the redemptive work of Christ and the glorious life it has ushered me into, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

YOU’RE GOD’S GLORY

1 John 4:17
…As He is, so are we in this world.

The Bible tells us that Jesus shows us exactly what God is like. He is the exact picture of who God is (Hebrews 1:3). And here’s something amazing, God created us to look like Him too! Because as Jesus is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17).

Jesus said, “...The glory You gave Me, I have given them...” (John 17:22). That means God’s glory is in you too; therefore, you’re not ordinary. God chose you to shine His light and show His goodness everywhere you go (1 Peter 2:9).

Therefore, every time you study God’s Word, it’s like looking into a mirror. It shows you who you really are; someone filled with God’s glory. Hallelujah!

COMMISSIONED TO GIVE THE WORLD THE LIGHT
(Preparing the World for Christ’s Return)

TO THE BIBLE - Matthew 24:14
“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come”

LET’S TALK
“Bro, do you really think God can use someone like me?” David asked, staring at his phone.

“Why not?” Samuel replied. “You’re always talking about Jesus in school. You pray. You care about people.”

David sighed. “Yeah… but I’m just a teenager.”

Samuel smiled. “That’s exactly who God is looking for.”

The Bible tells us in Luke chapter one of how the man of God, Zechariah, in excitement at the birth of John, his newborn son, prophetically addressed the little boy:

“And you, child, will be called the prophet of the Highest; for you will go before the face of the Lord to prepare His ways, To give knowledge of salvation to His people by the remission of their sins, through the tender mercy of our God, With which the dayspring from on high has visited us; to give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace” (Luke 1:76–79).

I remember praying with these words many years ago as the power of God was stirred within me. I realized it was my commission to preach the Gospel to the whole world. We have been sent ahead of the second coming of Christ to give the knowledge of salvation to ALL people.

We’re that seed, in whose hands the pleasure of the Lord is prospering as we preach His message to the ends of the earth! That means you and I are part of God’s plan right now, even as students and young people.

You’re the light of the world, but you’ll never know how brightly your light can shine until you reach out to those living in darkness. You’ll never know how powerful the gifts of God in your life are until you come to those in the shadow of death. This can start with your friends, classmates, teammates, and people you meet every day. Praise God!

GO DEEPER
Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Psalms 22:27-28 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee. [28] For the kingdom is the LORD'S: and he is the governor among the nations.

SPEAK
I’ve been called to go forth and give the knowledge of salvation unto all people by the remission of their sins through the tender mercy of our God. I am the light of the world, and I give light to those in my world today and guide their feet into the way of peace. Amen.
