June 13th from 2-4pm there is a tech team training in the sanctuary for anyone interested in learning how to run the livestream, slides, or sound board for Sunday mornings. It would be very helpful for our team if as many of us as possible are trained on the basics of these so that if someone is out we have a backup.
We are also looking for someone who can be responsible for setting up and running the livestream on Sundays. It takes about 10minutes prior to the service to set up and then at the end you just hit “end livestream”. If there is someone who would be willing to learn and do this it would be an easy way to help in a big way.
We are also looking for another dedicated sound person who can be available Sundays to turn things on and off during the service to improve the flow of our sound process.
