The obvious answer is that he prayed to his Father Jehovah. But Trinitarians will disagree and say he prayed to himself since Jesus was also God. The Trinity is a false doctrine. One of several that some of religions teach. They totally ignore the following scriptures.

Then he agreed with himself and volunteered himself to himself to offer himself.
